Abstract
El horno de la instalación comprende tabiques en los cuales circulan gases calientes de cocción de los bloques de carbono, y rampas de calentamiento móviles con relación al horno, equipadas con inyectores (30a, 30b) de combustible. Para homogeneizar la cocción de los bloques de carbono, el proceso comprende: a) la separación ficticia de un tabique (4) de una zona de calentamiento forzado en varios sectores (A-F); b) en función de la posición de un sector considerado en el tabique y de condiciones de funcionamiento en dicho tabique, la determinación, para cada sector, de la cantidad de energía a aportarle directamente; c) en función de esta determinación, el establecimiento de una secuencia de variación en el tiempo de por lo menos un parámetro operacional de o de los inyectores (30); d) la repetición de dicha secuencia durante un ciclo de calentamiento.The furnace of the installation comprises partitions in which hot cooking gases circulate from the carbon blocks, and mobile heating ramps relative to the oven, equipped with fuel injectors (30a, 30b).
