Abstract
La presente invencion provee un templador y equipo calefactor que posee dicho templador, en donde la conformacion geométrica y la disposicion de los orificios en él, consiguen la llegada de aire secundario a la cámara de combustion logrando una nueva combustion en calefactores a lena, mejorando la calidad de la combustion de biomasa de dichos equipos de calefaccion residencial y por consiguiente reducir los niveles de emisiones contaminantes resultantes del proceso. Los cambios tecnologicos que permiten ventajas con el arte previo son: la forma curva del templador que permite retener los gases de escape por más tiempo; los alerones en los costados del templador que permiten que la llamas no se escapen de la caja de fuego, con esto también se logra aumentar el tiempo de residencia de los gases; la inyeccion de aire en la curva a través de perforaciones verticales, esto crea una cortina de aire que frena los gases de escape; y la geometría de las perforaciones por las cuales desciende el aire a la cámara de fuego, en donde se han dispuesto en un orden tal que forman un espiral y a la vez una hélice. This way of arranging the perforations makes it possible to form the required turbulence within the combustion home, so that volatile gases are properly mixed with the oxygen injected by the temper.
