Claims (7)

7 PŘBDMET VYNÁLEZU
1, Způsob výroby lepidel, zejména pro lepení optických sou-částí, na bázi fotoiniciovaného dien-ditiolového polymerač-ního systému, vyznačující se tím, že dien-ditiolový póly- v merační systém se zároveň s vícefunkčními epoxidy s nejménědvěma epoxidovými skupinami a/nebo hydroxyakryláty (meta-kryláty) s nejméně jednou funkční hydroxylovou skupinouv přítomnosti známých fotoiniciátorů podrobí polýmeracisvětlem.
2. Způsob podle bodu lj vyznačující se tím, že jako více-fuknční epoxid se použije bisfenol-A-diglycidileter nebobisfenol-P-diglycidileter nebo alifatické bisepoxidy, zej-ména 3,4-epoxicyklohexylmetyl-3,4-epoxicyklohexan-karboxylátnebo pentaerytril-tetraglycidileter·

Způsob podle bodu 1, vyznačující se tím, že jako hydro-xiakryláty/metakryláty se použije 3-chlor-2-hydroxipropyl-akrylát 4 nebo metakrylát nebo +3.-isobutosy-2-hydroxipro-pylakrylát nebo metakrylát , nebo adiční produkty kyselinyakrylové (kyseliny metakrylové) s bisfenol-A-diglycidil-eterem nebo k bis-fenol-P-diglycidileterem nebo s alifatic-kými bisepoxidy, zejména 3,4-epoxicyklohexylmetyl-3,4-epo-xicýklohexankarbóxylátem.
4· Způsob podle bodů 1 a 3, vyznačující se tím, že hydroxiakryláty (metakryláty) se přidávají v koncentraci 20 až60 hmot. % na celé množství dienového ditiolového polyme-račního systému. 254146 8
5. Způsob podle bodu 1, vyznačující se tím, že jako foto-iniciátoru se použije diaryljodoniové sole s komplexnímianionty BPj, AsFg, SbPg, PPg a jako fotoinzibilizátóruse použije benzofenon, tioxanton nebo trifenylfosfin.
6· Způsob podle bodů 1 a 5, vyznačující se tím, žediaryljodoniové soli se přidávají v koncentraci 0,5 až5 hmot· % na použitá množství epoxidu.
7· Způsob podle bodů 1 a 5» vyznačující se tím, že foto-senzibilizátory se přidávají v koncentraci 0 až 1,5 hmot.%, vztaženo na celá množství dien-diťíolováho polymerizač-ního systému. 254146
