Description
Předložený vynález se týká herbicidního prostředku a prostředku k · regulaci růstu rostlin, který obsahuje jako účinnou ' složku herbicidně účinné a růst rostlin regulující N-arylsulfonyl-N‘-pyrimidinylmočoviny. Dále se vynález týká způsobu výroby nových N-arylsulfonyl-N‘-pyrimidinylmočovin a jejich ' použití k potírání plevelů, především k selektivnímu potírání plevelů v kulturách užitkových rostlin nebo k regulaci a potlačení růstu rostlin.
Byly nalezeny nové N-arylsulfonyl-N‘-pyrimidinylmočoviny odpovídající obecnému vzorci I

Y znamená alkylovou skupinu s 1 až 3 atomy uhlíku, halogenalkylovou skupinu s 1 až 3 atomy uhlíku, alkoxyskupinu s 1 až 3 atomy uhlíku, halogenalkoxyskupinu s 1 až 3 atomy uhlíku, alkylthioskupinu s 1 až 3 atomy uhlíku, halogen nebo dialkylaminoskupinu s 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku v alkylových zbytcích,
Z znamená kyslík nebo síru,
Rj znamená vodík, halogen, nitroskupinu, halogenalkylovou skupinu s 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku, alkylovou skupinu s 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku, alkoxyskupinu s 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku, skupiňu — CO—R6, — NR7R8, —S(O)malkyl s 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku nebo skupinu —SO2R9,
R2 znamená vodík, fluor, chlor, nitroskupinu, methylovou skupinu, methoxyskupinu nebo alkylthioskupinu s 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku,
R3 znamená vodík, fluor, chlor, aminoskupinu, nitroskupinu nebo methoxyskupinu,
R5 znamená halogen,
Rb znamená alkenyloxyskupinu se 3 až 5 atomy uhlíku, alkinyloxyskupinu se 3 až 5 atomy uhlíku nebo popřípadě 1 až 3 atomy halogenu nebo alkoxyskupinou s 1 až 3 atomy uhlíku substituovanou alkoxyskupinu s 1 až 5 atomy uhlíku,
R7 znamená vodík, alkylovou skupinu s 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku nebo skupinu -CO-RJ2,
Rg znamená vodík nebo alkylovou skupinu s 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku,
Rg znamená skupinu —O—R13 nebo dialkylaminoskupinu s 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku v alkylových zbytcích,
Rt2 znamená alkylovou skupinu s 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku,
R,3 znamená popřípadě 1 až 3 atomy halogenu substituovanou alkylovou skupinu s 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku,
Rl8 znamená vodík nebo alkylovou skupinu s 1 až 3 atomy uhlíku a m znamená číslo 0 nebo 2, jakož i soli těchto sloučenin, které jsou herbicidně účinné a mají schopnost regulovat růst rostlin.
Claims (3)
- Předmětem předloženého vynálezu je herbicidní prostředek a prostředek k regulaci růstu rostlin, který se vyznačuje tím, že vedle nosných látek nebo/a dalších přísad obsahuje jako účinnou složku alespoň jednu N-arylsulfonyl-N‘-pyrimidinylmočovinu shora uvedeného a definovaného obecného vzorce I nebo její adiční sůl s kyselinou.Deriváty močoviny, deriváty triazinu a deriváty pyrimidinu s herbicidním účinkem jsou obecně známé. Arylsulfamoylheterocyklylamlnokarbamoylderiváty s herbicidním účinkem a se schopností regulovat růst rostlin se stručně popisují například v publikacích evropského patentu č. 9 419 nebo 30 141.Ve shora uvedené definici obecných symbolů se alkylem rozumí přímý nebo rozvětvený alkyl, jako například methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl nebo čtyři isomery butylu.Alkoxyskupinou se rozumí methoxyskupina, ethoxyskupina, n-propyloxyskupina, isopropyloxyskupina, čtyři isomery butyloxyskupin, zejména však methoxyskupina, ethoxyskupina nebo isopropyloxyskupina.Jako příklady alkylthioskupin lze uvést methylthioskupinu, ethylthioskupinu, n-propylthioskupinu, isopropylthioskupinu, zejména však methylthioskupinu a ethylthioskupinu.Jako příklady alkenylových skupin lze uvést vinylóvou skupinu, allylovou skupinu, isopropenylovou skupinu, 1-propenylovou skupinu, 1-butenylovou skupinu,
- 2-butenylovou skupinu, 3-butenylovou skupinu, 1-isobutenylovou skupinu, 2-isobutenylovou skupinu, 1-pentenylovou skupinu, 2-pente4 nylovou skupinu, 3-pentenylovou skupinu a4-pentenylovou skupinu, zejména však vlnylovou skupinu, allylovou skupinu a 4-pentenylovou skupinu.Jako příklady alkylsulfonylové skupiny lze uvést methyteulfonylovou skupinu, ethylsulfonylovou skupinu nebo n-propylsulfonylovou skupinu, zejména však methylsulfonylovou skupinu a ethylsuh^o^^^^ovou skupinu.Halogenem se samotným nebo jako součástí halygenalkyχyskupiny rozumí fluor, chlor a brom, výhodně však fluor a chlor.Alkinylovými zbytky se ve významu shora uvedených symbolů rozumí zpravidla zbytek propargylový, 2-butinylový, 3-butinylový, jakož i isomery pentinylových zbytků, výhodně se však alkinylovým zbytkem rozumí propargylový zbytek nebo 2- nebo
- 3-butinylový zbytek.Vynález zahrnuje rovněž soli, které mohou tvořit sloučeniny vzorce I s aminy, s alkalickými kovy či s jejich sloučeninami a se zásadami kovů alkalických zemin nebo s kvartérními amoniovými bázemi.Hydroxidy alkalických kovů nebo kovů alkalických zemin jakožto solitvornými složkami se rozumí hydroxidy lithia, sodíku, draslíku, hořčíku nebo vápníku, zejména však sodíku nebo draslíku.Jako příklady aminů vhodných k tvorbě solí lze uvést primární, sekundární a terciární alifatické a aromatické aminy, jako methylamin, ethylamin, propylamin, isopropylamin, čtyři isomery butylaminu, dimethylamin, diethylamin, diethanylamin, dipropylamin, diisopropylamin, di-n-butylamin, pyrrolidin, piperidin, morfolin, trimethylamin, trinthylamin, tripropylamin, chinuklidin, pyridin, chinolin a isochinolin, zejména však ethylamin, propylamin, diethylamin nebo triethylamin, především však isyprypylamin a diethanolamin.
