Claims (1)
- Předmět vynálezu Zařízeni pro chemicko-tepelné zpracování kovových součástív podmínkách elektrického doutnavěho výboje, skládající sez pracovní komory a k ní připojeného plynového vakuovéhobloku k chlazení a elektrického napájecího bloku se síňovýmvypínačem, silového transformátoru, tyristoru, usměrňovacíhomostu,, do jehož obvodu jsou sériově zapojený vyhlazovací tlu-mivky, zařízení pro měření proudu v pracovní komoře, vyznačujícíse tím, že primární vinutí silového transformátoru (1) je spo-jeno s napájecí sítí (2) pomocí sítového vypínače (5) a jednosekundární vinutí je přes reaktivní článek (5) spojeno s pří-davným usměrnovacím mostem (6), přičemž paralelně k němu jezapojena dioda.(7) tak, že jeho katoda je spojena s kladnousvorkou a jeho anoda se zápornou svorkou přídavného usměrňo-vacího mostu (4) je spojena s kladnou svorkou přídavného usměr-ňovacího mostu (6), záporná svorka přídavného usměrňovacíhomostu (&) je přes vyhlazovací tlumivku (8) spojena s katodoupracovní komory §9) a její anoda je uzemněna a spojena přeszařízení přes měření proudu (10) s kladnou svorkou usměr-ňovacího mostu (4), paralelně s katodou a anodou pracovníkomory (9) jsou připojeny sérievě zapojené primární vinutísyceného transformátoru (11) a kondenzátoru (12), přičemžkatoda tyristoru (13) je spojena s. vývodem primárního vinutísyceného transformátoru (11) a jeho anoda s anodou pracovníkomory (9)» přičemž řídicí blok (14) tyristoru (13) je spojense sekundárním vinutím syceného transformátoru (11), s anodoua katodou diody (7),s řídicí elektrodou a katodou tyristoru(15), s řídicím blokem (15), který je zase spojen s přídavnýmusměrňovacího .mostu (4), přičemž dva vstupy řídicího bloku (16)usměrňovacího mostu (4). jsou spojeny s anodou a katodou pracovníkomory (9) a třetí vstup je spojen se zařízením pro měření .- 42 - proudu (10) a jeho· výstup je spojen s usmernovaGÍm mostem(4).
