Description
Predmetom vynálezu je nová látka etyléndiamíntetrametylénfosfónová kyselina z etylen-diaminu, z kyseliny fosforitej, HC1, vody a roztoku formaldehydu a spôsob jej výroby.
Príklad 1
Na prípravu sa použije 10 g etyléndiamínu, 82 g kyseliny fosforitej, 100 ml HgO a 100 ml HC1. Uvedené chemikálie dajú sa do trojhrdlovej zábrusovej banky opatrenej miešad-lom, spatným chladičom, prikvapkávacím lievikom a teplomerom. Zmes sa mieša a zahrieva až do varu. Po uvedení do varu pridáva sa počas 1 h 160 ml 37% formaldehydu. Reakčná zmes sa potom udržuje vo vare ešte 1 h. Po ukončení reakcie sa obsah odparí asi na 1/3, nechá vychladnúť a kryštalizovať. Kryštálky sa odsajú na filtri a preniyjú zmesou acéto'n : voda 5 ’ 1 a vysušia pri cca 100 °C.
Príklad 2
Použije sa postup ako v príklade 1, iba sa pridá do reakčnej zmesi tanín s výhodou rozpustený v metanole a zahrieva sa ešte 16 minút.

- Predmet vynálezu1. Etylendiamíntetrametylenfosŕonová kyselina.
- 2. Spôsob prípravy etyle'ndiamíntetrametylénfosf ónove j kyseliny, vyznačujúci sa tým, že etyléndiamin, kyselina fosforitá, koncentrovaná HC1 a voda sa zahrievajú do varu, pričom sa do reakčnej zmesi pridáva formaldehyd pri udržovaní teploty varu počas 1 h, zmes sa zahustí, nechá kryštalizovať a vypadnuté kryštálky sa premyjú zmesou acetón : voda 5 : 1 a vysušia pri 120 °C.
- 3. Spôsob podľa bodu 2, vyznačujúci sa tým, že do reakčnej zmesi pridá sa tanín, s výhodou v metanole a zahrieva sa pri bode varu ešte 15 minút.
