Abstract

La actual invención proporciona un proceso de coquización de petróleo mejorada en donde se reduce el riesgo de envenenamiento de silicona de unidades corriente abajo de los tambores de coquización. El método de la actual invención controla la capa de 10 espuma dentro del tambor de coquización mediante inyección de un agente anti-espumante DE silicona en un fluido portador altamente aromático tal como petróleo en suspensión.
