Abstract

Emulsiones nutricionales acuosas que presentan un contenido elevado de fibra. Estas emulsiones comprenden grasas, proteínas e hidratos de carbono e incluyen (a) entre aproximadamente 1,75% y aproximadamente 4,0% en peso de un aceite de diacilglicerol, (b) entre aproximadamente 0,5% y aproximadamente 9,0% en peso de un concentrado de proteínas de la leche, (c) entre aproximadamente 2,0% y aproximadamente 9,0% en peso de fibra y (d) fructosa y un mínimo de aproximadamente 0,15% en peso de leucrosa, con una proporción en peso entre la fructosa y la leucrosa de al menos 2:1, donde las emulsiones acuosas presentan una viscosidad menor que aproximadamente 300 centipoise a 20°C.
