Abstract

1.- Una bebida que comprende jugo de baya, agua y material a base de avena, cuyo material a base de avena contiene opcionalmente almidón, en donde - la cantidad de material a base de avena es de 3 a 30% por peso,- la cantidad de jugo de baya es de 5 a 40% por peso,- el jugo de baya se selecciona del grupo que consiste del jugo de baya de espino amarillo, jugo de arándano rojo, jugo de arándano, jugo de grosella roja, jugo de grosella negra, jugo de grosella espinosa, jugo de mirtilo, jugo de baya negra, jugo de aronia y mezclas de estos y - la cantidad de almidón es de 0 a 2.5% por peso de la bebida.2.- La bebida de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 que comprende una suspensión de avena la cual comprende el material a base de avena y al menos parte de agua.3.- La bebida de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en donde el material a base de avena y al menos parte del agua se agrega en la forma de una suspensión de avena. 4.- La bebida de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2 o 3 que comprende la suspensión de avena en una cantidad de 60 a 95% por peso.
