Abstract
La presente invención pretende proporcionar un método para la formación de una hoja de polímero termoplástico con una región elástica adaptada para ser extensible y contráctil en su dirección del espesor sin la preocupación de que se pueda romper la hoja de polímero termoplástico, y la hoja fabricada con este método. La presente invención proporciona un método para la formación de una hoja de polímero termoplástico 10 a una distancia que va desde el borde periférico exterior 12 de la misma con una región elástica 11 adaptada para ser extensible y contráctil en la dirección del espesor de la hoja que utiliza el molde estacionario 5 y el molde movible 6 cada uno con una pluralidad de láminas de formación 2, caracterizado porque la pluralidad de láminas de formación está configurada para tener formas proyectadas en la sección transversal en la hoja definida por líneas curvas similares y/o líneas de flexión similares dispuestas alrededor de un centro de similitud y que se extienden en la dirección del espesor de la hoja desde el molde estacionario y el molde movible para engancharse uno con el otro pero sin entrar en contacto uno con el otro, un paso de introducción de la hoja entre el molde estacionario y el molde movible y un paso de enganche de las láminas de formación del molde estacionario y el molde movible unas con las otras para estirar la hoja entre los extremos distales de cada par de láminas de formación adyacentes. También se proporciona la hoja fabricada con este método.
