Abstract
La presente invención se desarrolla en el campo de los alimentos. Particularmente la presente invención se relaciona con un novedoso producto sazonante de comidas constituido por componentes específicos de origen 100% naturales, orgánicos o no orgánicos, en proporciones definidas que le confieren una consistencia pastosa homogénea, lo cuál lo hace un producto altamente deseable para el consumidor. En la actualidad, la salud y el cuidado del organismo son esenciales para la persona moderna, y el disponer de un producto para el sazonamiento de las comidas que contenga solamente componentes de origen 100 % naturales, orgánicos ó no orgánicos, lo hace un producto atractivo para el consumidor. Además, el novedoso producto de la presente invención exhibe estabilidad mejorada, tiempo de vida media prolongado, no requiere de refrigeración antes de abierto y exhibe excelentes propiedades organolépticas con respecto a los productos sazonantes disponibles comercialmente. Adicionalmente, la presente invención proporciona un novedoso procedimiento para la obtención del producto sazonante definido por una disposición de etapas y condiciones de reacción específicas para que el producto tenga todas las ventajas sobre los productos convencionales de éste tipo.
