Abstract

Una abrazadera (1, 1', 1") para un fijador ortopédico externo (100), práctica y segura de usar, comprende:una primera fijación (2), provista con un par de brazos respectivamente externo (21) e interno (22) que definen uno con el otro una caja lateral (20) con sección en forma de C para alojar una primera barra de conexión (101) y comprende una mandíbula móvil (5) abisagrada sobre su brazo externo (21); una segunda fijación (3; 3'; 3") para permitir la conexión de la abrazadera (1, 1', 1") a un segundo componente (102; 102') del fijador ortopédico externo (100); un elemento de apriete (4), por lo menos parcialmente roscado, el cual atraviesa y conecta la primera y la segunda fijaciones (2, 3; 3'; 3") a lo ¡argo de un eje de rotación (x) y a lo cual la mandíbula móvil (5) está sometida, al apretar dicho elemento de apriete (4) se lleva la abrazadera desde una configuración suelta, en la cual las dos fijaciones (2, 3; 3'; 3") giran recíprocamente alrededor del eje de rotación (x), hasta una configuración apretada, en la cual la orientación relativa de las fijaciones (2, 3; 3'; 3") se bloquea; causando una presión de la mandíbula móvil (5) sobre la primera barra de conexión (101) en la dirección del brazo interno (22), llevando a cabo por lo tanto una acción de retención de la primera barra de conexión (101) en la caja lateral (20).
