Abstract
Método de tratamiento de una cámara con paredes refractarias en el cual: una composición de tratamiento, la cual comprende al menos un compuesto de orgánico de silicio y al menos un hidrocarburo, es proyectada dentro de dicha cámara, en presencia de oxígeno; y dicha composición de tratamiento rociada es calentada, la proyección en presencia de oxígeno tiene lugar en una cámara cerrada en la que la composición de tratamiento, en estado principalmente líquido, es pulverizada en forma de partículas en suspensión, el método incluye adicionalmente la descomposición de dicho, como mínimo, un compuesto orgánico de silicio con formación de un aerosol de sílice coloidal en la cámara cerrada y con establecimiento de una sobrepresión en ésta y una aplicación de una capa de sílice coloidal sobre las paredes refractarias de dicha cámara, de manera que, a causa de la mencionada sobrepresión, tiene lugar la penetración de un sílice coloidal en las microgrietas. 1.- Procedimiento de tratamiento de una cámara con paredes refractarias, que comporta: la proyección en dicha cámara, en presencia de oxígeno, de una composición de tratamiento, que comprende: - como mínimo, un compuesto orgánico de silicio que forma una parte mayoritaria en peso de dicho compuesto y - como mínimo, un hidrocarburo capaz, en presencia de oxígeno, de dar lugar, a una primera temperatura, a una reacción exotérmica, y una elevación de temperatura de dicha composición de tratamiento proyectada hasta, como mínimo, dicha primera temperatura, caracterizado porque la proyección en presencia de oxígeno tiene lugar en la cámara cerrada en la que la composición de tratamiento, en un estado principalmente líquido, es pulverizada en forma de partículas en suspensión, y porque el procedimiento comprende además, durante dicha reacción exotérmica, una descomposición de dicho, por lo menos, un compuesto orgánico de silicio con formación de un aerosol de sílice coloidal en la cámara cerrada y establecimiento de una sobrepresión en ésta y la aplicación de una capa de sílice coloidal sobre las paredes refractarias de dicha cámara con penetración, como consecuencia de dicha sobrepresión, del sílice coloidal en las microgrietas de las paredes refractarias.
