Abstract

Процесс обработки камеры с огнеупорными стенками включает распыление в указанной камере в присутствии кислорода обрабатывающего состава, содержащего, по меньшей мере, одно органическое соединение кремния и, по меньшей мере, один углеводород, и повышение температуры указанного обрабатывающего распыляемого состава. Распыление в присутствии кислорода осуществляется в закрытой камере, где обрабатывающий состав, главным образом, в жидком состоянии распыляется в форме частиц суспензии, а указанный процесс включает в себя, кроме того, разложение указанного, по меньшей мере, одного органического соединения кремния с образованием аэрозоля коллоидального диоксида кремния в закрытой камере и образование в ней избыточного давления и растекание слоя
