Abstract

Un método para la detección de un primer anticuerpo en una muestra de prueba, que comprende los pasos de:recubrir una superficie de enlazamiento o soporte con un segundo anticuerpo purificado para formar una superficie revestida con anticuerpo;combinar una cantidad predeterminada de un antígeno etiquetado purificado y dicha muestra de prueba que contiene dicho primer anticuerpo;agregar la mezcla incubada de antígeno y primer anticuerpo a dicha superficie revestida con anticuerpo;incubar dicha superficie recubierta con anticuerpo con dicha combinación de antígeno y primer anticuerpo; ymedir la cantidad de inhibición enlazante de antígeno.
