Abstract
1.- Un método para detectar anticuerpos contra el péptido INGAP104-118 en una muestra de prueba; el método comprende:poner en contacto una muestra de prueba proveniente de un mamífero con el péptido INGAP104-118 ligado a un soporte sólido, en donde el contacto se realiza en las condiciones suficientes para ligar un anticuerpo anti-INGAP104-118 con el péptido; poner en contacto el soporte sólido con un anticuerpo de detección que específicamente se liga a moléculas de anticuerpos de todos los isotipos de mamíferos; ydeterminar el anticuerpo de detección ligado al soporte sólido, en donde el anticuerpo de detección ligado al soporte sólido indica que la muestra de prueba contiene anticuerpos contra el péptido INGAP104-118.2.- El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque la cantidad del anticuerpo dedetección ligado se compara con una curva estándar utilizando cantidades conocidas del anticuerpo del péptido anti-INGAP104-118.3.- El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque el anticuerpo de detección contiene un marcador detectable.
