Abstract

Procedimiento de coextrusión para la fabricación de un recipiente, con un recipiente exterior rígido, esencialmente con estabilidad de forma, y con un recipiente interior fácilmente deformable, por medio de un molde de soplado que consta de:- dos partes de molde,- las cuales representan cada una de ellas el negativo del recipiente cortado por la mitad a lo largo del mismo,en el que una pieza de preforma en bruto de dos capas,- que está formada por un tubo flexible interior y un tubo flexible exterior, compuestos de materiales diferentes entre sí cada uno de ellos, que no admiten ninguna unión de soldadura entre ellos,- cuyo diámetro interior es mayor que la zona del cuello o la zona de la boca o abertura de la copia negativa del recipiente en el molde de soplado,- cuyo diámetro exterior es tan grande, que como máximo el tubo flexible exterior sobresale durante el soplado de coextrusión por fuera del borde lateral de la zona del cuerpo de la copia negativa del recipiente en el molde de soplado, y- cuya longitud sobresale por fuera del fondo de la copia negativa del recipiente en el molde de soplado,es introducida en el molde del recipiente por medio de soplado de coextrusión, de manera que, después del soplado- todas las costuras de la zona interior están soldadas fijamente,- las costuras del recipiente exterior, excepto la costura situada en la zona del fondo y por lo menos una de las costuras situadas en las dos zonas del hombro, también están soldadas fijamente entre sí, las costuras del recipiente exterior en la zona del fondo y por lo menos en una zona del hombro no están soldadas entre sí, por lo menos parcialmente, y ...<EMI FILE="00092013_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >
