Abstract

Una composición de materia que comprende una mezcla extruida por fusión de un polímero sensible al agua donde la composición de materia comprende más de 5 por ciento en peso de partículas de relleno orgánicamente modificado basado en la suma del peso del polímero sensible al agua y las partículas de relleno orgánicamente modificado, donde las partículas de relleno orgánicamente modificado se seleccionan a partir del grupo que consta de partículas de arcilla orgánicamente modificada, partículas de silicato estratificado orgánicamente modificado y sus mezclas.2Un proceso para preparar una composición que comprende:a) combinar un polvo de un polímero sensible al agua y mayor que 5 por ciento en peso de partículas de una arcilla orgánicamente modificada en relación con la suma del peso del polímero y la arcilla orgánicamente modificada, en donde la arcilla orgánicamente modificada es seleccionada del grupo que consta de arcillas orgánicamente modificadas y silicatos estratificados orgánicamente modificados; y b) procesar por fusión de la mezcla del polímero sensible al agua y las partículas de arcilla orgánicamente modificada bajo condiciones suficientes de esfuerzo cortante y fusión para producir un compuesto extruible por fusión con una dispersión de nanómeros de las partículas de arcilla. 5Un proceso para preparar una composición que comprende: a) crear una mezcla seca de un polvo de óxido de polietileno y mayor del 10 por ciento en peso de partículas de arcilla orgánicamente modificada o partículas de silicato estratificado orgánicamente modificado, en donde el tamaño de partícula promedio de las partículas de arcilla orgánicamente modificada o partículas de silicato estratificado orgánicamente modificado no es mayor que 10 ?m; y b) extruir por fusión la mezcla seca.
