Abstract

본 발명은 플라스틱 물질에 대한 안정화제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이 조성물은 임의의 기타 첨가제 및 유동성 고형의 폴리올레핀 담체와 함께 α-토코페롤의 균질적인 혼합물을 포함한다. 유동성 고형이 플라스틱 물질안으로 쉽게 혼입된다.

Claims (12)

  1. (a) 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 20 내지 80중량%의 양으로 존재하는 임의의 기타 첨가제와 함께 α-토코페롤; 및 (b) 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 80 내지 20중량%의 양으로 존재하는 폴리올레핀 담체의 혼합물을 포함하는, 열, 산화 또는/ 및 광분해되기 쉬운 유기 물질에 대한 안정화제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, α-토코페롤 : 기타 첨가제의 비율이 1 : 10 내지 10 : 1의 양으로 존재하는 안정화제 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 비율이 1 : 1 내지 10 : 1인 안정화제 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 기타 첨가제가 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세린, 포스파이트, 티오에스테르 및 글리세리드를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 안정화제 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 담체가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필레인 안정화제 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, (a)가 30 내지 60중량%의 양으로 존재하고 또 (b)가 70 내지 40중량%의 양으로 존재하는 안정화제 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 부가적으로 고형 흡착제 (c)를 함유하는 안정화제 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, (c)가 조성물의 0. 01 내지 10중량%의 양으로 존재하는 안정화제 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, (c)가 규산, 규조토, 실라카 겔, 규산염, 점토 광물, 활성 알루미나 및 산화 금속을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 안정화제 조성물.
  10. 열 산화 또는/및 광 분해되기 쉬운 유기 물질 및, 안정화제로서 제1항에 따른 조성물을 함유하는 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 유기 물질이 합성 중합체인 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 따른 안정화제 조성물을 유기 물질에 혼입시키는 것을 포함하여, 열 산화 또는/ 및 광 분해되기 쉬운 유기 물질을 안정화시키는 방법.
