제1도는 본 발명의 구조 보강처리된 라텍스필름 및 대조용 균일질 라텍스 필름의 응력-변형 곡선을 도시한 것이다.
Claims (10)
- (a) 제1단량체 공급물을 중합시켜 코어대역을 형성하고, (b) 라텍스미립중의 단량체 100부당 5 내지 30부의 제2단량체 공급물[여기서, 제2단량체의 중합체는 언급된 (a)보다 높은 유리전이온도(Tg)를 갖는다]을 언급된 (a)의 존재하에 중합시키고, (c) 상기 (a)와 (b)의 존재하에, 제3단량체 공급물[여기서, 제3단량치의 중합체는 언급된 (b)보다 낮은 Tg를 갖는다]을 중합시켜 셀대역을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유액중합 방법으로 제조된, 개선된 인장 및 신장특성을 갖는 필름으로 제조할 수 있는 구조 보강처리된 라텍스미립의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 (b)로부터 제조된 중합체가 25℃ 이상의 Tg를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 단량체 공급물(a) 및 (c)로부터 제조된 중합체가 동일한 Tg를 갖는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 언급된 단량체 공급물(a) 및 (c)가 동일조성인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 단량체 공급물(a) 및 (C)가 스티렌과 부타디엔과의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 제2단량체 공급물(b)가 언급된 라텍스미립중의 단량체 100부당 15 내지 25부의 양인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 단량체 공급물(b)가 이의 중합체가 25℃ 이상의 Tg를 갖는 스티렌 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
- 전술된 항들중 어느 하나의 항의 방법으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 개선된 인장 및 신장 특성을 갖는 필름으로 제조할 수 있는 구조 보강처리된 라텍스 미립.
- (i) 제1 내지 7항중 어느 하나의 항의 방법으로 제조된 개선된 인장 및 신장 특성을 갖는 구조 보강 처리된 라텍스미립, 및 (ii) 증점제로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 감압성 접착제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 언급된 증점제가 감압성 접착성 제형중의 고체 기준으로 1 내지 90중량%를 구성하는 감압성 접착제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
