Abstract

Un método para gasificación de licor negro en calderas derecuperación, del tipo que tiene una porción inferior, a la que se refiere como un horno inferior y una porción superior, atomizadores de licor para la introducción del licor negro dispuestos en la caldera por encima del horno inferior, y un número de niveles de aire de combustión, caracterizado en:Adicionar aire enriquecido con oxígeno al aire de combustión o directamente al horno inferior en al menos un nivel de aire por debajo de los atomizadores de licor con el propósito de crear las mejores condiciones reductoras posibles en el horno inferior, Redistribuir desde el horno inferior, el aire de combustión que no se necesita allí después de la adición de dicho aire enriquecido con oxígeno, reduciendo significativamente la velocidad del gas hacia arriba por debajo de los atomizadores de licor negro, e Introducir dicho aire de combustión redistribuido al horno superior, Creando así las condiciones de reducción y una temperatura controlada en el horno inferior para control de emisiones.
