Abstract
본 발명은 연소로의 주연소영역에 수증기 또는 물을 분부하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디옥신류의 발생을 억제하는 폐기물의 연소방법이며, 또한 연소로의 노상하부로부터 주연소용 공기를 공급하는 배관 또는 주연소공기를 공급하는 배고과 순환배기가스를 공급하는 배관을 구비한 연소로에 있어서, 상기 배관에 수증기 또는 물을 공급하는 배관을 연통시켜서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물의 연소로이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예로서, 유동상(流動床) 소각로에 적용하였을 경우의 설명도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제2실시예로서, 스토우커소각로에 적응하였을 경우의 설명도, 제3도는 본 발명의 제3실시예로서, 유동상소각로에 적용하였을 경우의 설명도.
Claims (9)
- 연소로의 주연소영역에 수증기 또는 물을 분부하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디옥신류의 발생을 억제하는 폐기물의 연소방법.
- 연소로의 노상(爐床)하부로부터 주연소용공기를 공급하는 배관 또는 주연소공기를 공급하는 배관과 순환배기가스를 공급하는 배관을 구비한 연소로에 있어서, 상기 배관에, 수증기 또는 물을 공급하는 배관을 연통해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물의 연소로.
- 유동상 소각로의 하부로부터 공기 또는 순환배기가스를 공급하는 배관에 수증기 또는 물을 공급하는 배관을 연통시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상소각로.
- 각 스토우커의 하부에 연소공기를 송입하는 공기 송입관을 구비한 스토우커로에 있어서, 상기 공기송입관에 수증기 또는 물을 공급하는 배관을 연통시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 스토우커로.
- 가스의 재연소실을 구비한 로우터리킬른의 입구 및 가스의 재연소실에, 수증기 또는 물을 공급하는 배관을 연통시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터리킬른.
- 제3항에 있어서, 노의 주연소영역상부에 수증기 또는 물을 공급하는 배관을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상소각로.
- 제4항에 있어서, 노의 주연소영역 상부에 수증기 또는 물을 공급하는 배관을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 스토우커로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 노의 주연소영역에 수증기 또는 물을 공급하는 배관을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터리킬론.
- 연소로 내부에 선회류를 발생시키기위한, 서로 소정의 각도를 가지고 배치한 수증기 또는 물의 주입용 노즐을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물의 연소로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
