Abstract
Un aparato para controlar los movimientos en un cargador de túnel(24) que tiene una barra cargadora (30) y medios accionadores eléctricos (32, 34 y 36) para controlar los movimientos en dicha barra cargadora a lo largo de los ejes frontales, laterales y de levantamiento independientemente uno del otro para cargar el material de vidrio del transportador transversal (22) a través de la placa de transferencia (40) a un transportador de túnel (42), dicho aparato que comprende: medios (64) para que el operador entre una pluralidad de parámetros de control que se relacionan con las características físicas del material de vidrio, el transportador transversal, la placa de transferencia, el túnel y la barra cargadora, medios electrónicos (66) para traducir automáticamente dichos parámetros de control a los perfiles de movimiento para cada uno de los tres ejes mencionados, con cada uno de dichos perfiles compuestos por un grupo de datos de movimiento contra los datos de tiempo, y medios (38) acoplados con los dichos medios de accionadores electrónicos para controlar los movimientos en dicha barra cargadora a lo largo de los tres ejes anteriormente mencionados como función de los grupos asociados de dichos datos de movimiento contra los datos de tiempo. 1Un método para controlar los movimientos de la barra cargadora (30) en un cargador de túnel (24) para transferir productos de vidrio de un transportador transversal (22) a través de una placa de transferencia (40) a un transportador de túnel (42), dicho método compuesto por los pasos de: (a) acoplar dicha barra cargadora (30) con los medios accionadores eléctricos (32, 34 y 36) para controlar los movimientos de la barra a lo largo de los ejes frontales, laterales y de levantamiento independientemente uno del otro, (b) definir una pluralidad de parámetros de control (Figuras 5 y 6) que se relacionan con las características físicas de los productos de vidrio, el transportador transversal,...
