Abstract

Procedimiento para el diagnóstico de carcinomas delepítelio plano, caracterizado porque este procedimiento se basa en el reconocimiento de la expresión del exón variable V6 del gen CD44.Procedimiento según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque en el emplea el anticuerpo monoclonal BIWA-1(VFF-18), que se forma por la línea de células de hibridomas con el número de depósito DSM ACC2174 o un derivado de este anticuerpo.Empleo de una molécula de anticuerpo que es especifico de un epitopo que es codificado por el exón variante VG del gen CD44, en un procedimiento conforme a las reivindicaciones 1 a 4.
