Abstract
RESUMEN Se describen los métodos para preparar glicósidos de esteviol altamente purificados, particularmente el esteviolmonósido, esteviolmonósido A, esteviolbiósido, esteviolbiósido D, rubusósido, esteviolbiósido A, esteviolbiósido B, rebaudiósido B, esteviósido, rebaudiósido G, esteviósido A, esteviósido B, esteviósido C, rebaudiósido A, rebaudiósido E, rebaudiósido E2, rebaudiósido E4, rebaudiósido E6, rebaudiósido E3, rebaudiósido D, rebaudiósido I, rebaudiósido AM, rebaudiósido D7, rebaudiósido M, rebaudiósido M4, rebaudiósido 1a, rebaudiósido 1b, rebaudiósido 1c, rebaudiósido 1d, rebaudiósido 1e, rebaudiósido 1f, rebaudiósido 1g, rebaudiósido 1h, rebaudiósido 1i, rebaudiósido 1j, rebaudiósido 1k, rebaudiósido 1l, rebaudiósido 1m, rebaudiósido 1n, rebaudiósido 2a y/o SvG7. Los métodos incluyen usar preparaciones enzimáticas y microorganismos recombinantes para convertir diversas composiciones de partida en glicósidos de esteviol objetivo.
