Abstract
Resumen En el presente documento se dan a conocer métodos y materiales novedosos que son útiles particularmente para aplicaciones oftálmicas, además de métodos para su realización y utilización. En específico, se dan a conocer materiales de alto índice de refracción, plegables opcionalmente transparentes y relativamente blandos que son adecuados particularmente para utilizarse en la producción de lentes intraoculares, lentes de contacto y otros implantes oculares, además de métodos para la fabricación e implantación de LIO producidos a partir de los mismos.
