Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES TERMOCURáVEL COMPREENDENDO MICROPARTìCULAS COM APERFEIçOADA RESISTêNCIA MECâNICA". A invenção se refere a composições termocuráveis, em particular composições de revestimento ou moldagem, compreendendo micropartículas poliméricas com ligações cruzadas com um tamanho na faixa de 10 a 300 nm e carregando pelo menos um grupo funcional reativo que pode reagir com pelo menos um dos componentes reativos da composição termocurável. Preferencialmente, estas micropartículas trazem pelo menos um segundo grupo funcional reativo distinto do primeiro que pode reagir com pelo menos um outro grupo funcional do mesmo tipo trazido por uma outra micropartícula e/ou por num componente reativo da composição termocurável. Estas micropartículas são pelo menos parcialmente solúveis, miscíveis e/ou dispersíveis na composição termocurável iniciante. As composições termocuráveis preferidas são a base de resinas do tipo epóxi/amina ou resinas de poliésteres insaturados e/ou resinas de éster vinílico. Os revestimentos ou itens moldados obtidos exibem resistências mecânica, térmica e química muito boas que resultam da presença destas micropartículas.
