Abstract
双轴螺旋搅拌机。在型煤加工中，用来搅拌型煤原料。它有两个搅拌轴，每根轴上，交替安装有正、反螺旋叶片。本实用新型的优点是，与其它类型搅拌机相比，在相同功率情况下，产量可提高二倍以上，混捏质量好，能耗低。
Description
本实用新型属于型煤加工生产中用来搅拌型煤原料。
目前国内现有的双轴搅拌机，多为转角为30°的桨叶式搅拌机。它虽有搅拌功能，但输送效率低。当塑性物粘满叶片时，易使叶片变形物料之间的挤压及物料与搅拌槽壳体间的摩擦均耗费了大量的动能，使效率大大降低。两根搅拌轴上钻有许多桨叶孔，搅拌时应力集中，使轴经常折断，维修量很大。
国内现有的双螺旋输送机，只有输送功能，而搅拌捏合功能很差。当物料沾在槽壁和轴上后，就转不动了。
国内现有的立式搅拌机多为羽桨式，它虽具有搅拌、捏合功能，但只能间歇作业，不适应连续生产的需要，而且一次搅拌量小，效率低。
本实用新型目的是针对国内目前现有的几种搅拌机存在的上述问题提供一种新的能提高搅拌捏合质量，满足连续生产要求，降低能耗、减少维修量的双轴螺旋搅拌机。
本发明的要点是：双轴螺旋搅拌机由电动机、减速器、联轴器、齿轮副、箱体、底座、叶片、主动搅拌轴、从动搅拌轴组成，在主动、从动搅拌轴上，分别交替按装有正、反螺旋叶片，在螺旋叶片外周边焊有耐磨材料。附图是本实用新型的最佳实施例，图1、为双轴螺旋搅拌机的主视图，图2、为双轴螺旋搅拌机的俯视图。
双轴螺旋搅拌机由电动机1、减速器2、联轴器3、齿轮副4、轴承座5、箱体6、底座7、叶片8、主动搅拌轴9、从动搅拌轴10组成。
在主动、从动搅拌轴上，分别交替按装有正反螺旋叶片8，螺旋叶片8外周边焊有耐磨材料。
当两根搅拌轴反向转动时，使被搅拌物料产生自转、公转和沿轴向往复旋流前进的作用。使物料混合均匀，产生较为理想的混捏效果。两根搅拌轴上的螺旋叶片交替形成刮刀作用，使物料不会粘在叶片和外壳上，以免造成堵料事故，烧毁电机。
由于物料在螺旋叶片腔内混捏，同槽壳磨擦很小，工作阻力小，电耗低而产量高，与其它类搅拌机相比，在相同的功率情况下，产量可提高二倍以上，混捏质量好。
本机搅拌轴为无缝钢管，重量轻，钢材耗量少，焊接螺旋片后增加了轴的强度、刚度。造价低于其它类型的搅拌机。
Claims (2)
1、一种双轴螺旋搅拌机，它由电动机1、减速器2、齿轮副4、箱体6、叶片8、主动搅拌轴9、从动搅拌轴10组成，其特征在于：在主动搅拌轴9、从动搅拌轴10上，分别交替按装有正、反螺旋叶片。
2、按权利要求1所述的双轴螺旋搅拌机，其特征在于：螺旋叶片8对周边焊有耐磨材料。
