本发明公开了一种砖坯拌料机，它是在机座的上端设有机体，机体内装有主搅拌轴与副搅拌轴，主搅拌轴上设有主搅拌辊齿，副搅拌轴上装有副搅拌辊齿，主、副搅拌轴由轴套安装在机体内，机体的左侧设有分动箱，分动箱的左侧设有减速机，减速机的右侧设有驱动轴，驱动轴的右端安装在分动箱体内，驱动轴上装有驱动齿轮，主搅拌轴的左端装有传动齿轮，传动齿轮的左端装有主动齿轮，主动齿轮与驱动齿轮啮合，机体的左上端设有进料斗，机体的右下端设有出料口，工作时，由电机带动减速机运转，减速机驱动齿轮带动分动箱主齿轮，再由传动齿轮、被动齿轮带动主、副搅拌轴上的主副搅拌辊齿旋转做工。

本发明涉及一种制砖设备，确切的说是一种砖坯拌料机。
背景技术
目前市场上销售和使用的砖坯拌料机，大都采用单轴辊匙拌料，单轴运转存在着拌料不均，出料效率低的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷，提供一种双轴复式搅料机，以提高拌料质量和工作效率。
本发明的方案是由机座、机体、主、副搅拌轴、减速机及分动箱组成，其结构特点是在机座的上端设有机体，机体内装有主搅拌轴与副搅拌轴，主搅拌轴上设有主搅拌辊齿，副搅拌轴上装有副搅拌辊齿，主、副搅拌轴由轴套安装在机体内，机体的左侧设有分动箱，分动箱的左侧设有减速机，减速机的左端设有皮带传动轮，减速机的右侧设有驱动轴，驱动轴的右端安装在分动箱体内，驱动轴上装有驱动齿轮，主搅拌轴的左端装有传动齿轮，传动齿轮的左端装有主动齿轮，主动齿轮与驱动齿轮啮合，副搅拌轴的左侧装有被动齿轮，被动齿轮与传动齿轮啮合，机体的左上端设有进料斗，机体的右下端设有出料口。
工作时，由电机带动减速机运转，减速机驱动齿轮带动分动箱主齿轮，再由传动齿轮、被动齿轮带动主、副搅拌轴上的主副搅拌辊齿旋转做工。由于搅拌机采用双轴辊齿搅拌，辊齿密度大，齿轮直接连接打滑系数小，不仅提高了工作效率，而且也提高了搅拌的质量。
本发明结构简单，设计合理，机组运转平稳，工作效率高。

图1、2中示出的机座1的上端设有机体7，机体内装有主搅拌轴12，副搅拌轴10，主搅拌轴上装有主搅拌辊齿13，副搅拌轴上装有副搅拌辊齿9，主、副搅拌轴由轴套安装在机体内，机体的左侧设有分动箱4，分动箱的左侧设有减速机2，减速机的左端设有减速机皮带轮3，减速机的右侧设有驱动轴15，驱动轴的右端安装在分动箱体内，驱动轴上装有驱动齿轮14，主搅拌轴的左端装有传动齿轮17，传动齿轮的左端装有主动齿轮16，主动齿轮与驱动齿轮14啮合，副搅拌轴的左侧设有被动齿轮11，被动齿轮与传动齿轮17啮合，机体的左上端设有进料斗5，机体的右下端设有出料口8，机体的上中部设有水嘴6。

1.一种砖坯拌料机，由机座、机体、主、副搅拌轴、减速机及分动箱组成，其特征在于：所述机座（1）的上端设有机体（7），机体内装有主搅拌轴（12），副搅拌轴（10），主搅拌轴上装有主搅拌辊齿（13），副搅拌轴上装有副搅拌辊齿（9），主、副搅拌轴由轴套安装在机体内，机体的左侧设有分动箱（4），分动箱的左侧设有减速机（2），减速机的左端设有减速机皮带轮（3），减速机的右侧设有驱动轴（15），驱动轴的右端安装在分动箱体内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砖坯拌料机，其特征在于：所述的驱动轴上装有驱动齿轮（14），主搅拌轴的左端装有传动齿轮（17），传动齿轮的左端装有主动齿轮（16），主动齿轮与驱动齿轮（14）啮合，副搅拌轴的左侧设有被动齿轮（11），被动齿轮与传动齿轮（17）啮合，机体的左上端设有进料斗（5），机体的右下端设有出料口（8），机体的上中部设有水嘴（6）。
