Abstract

制造类双向拉伸热塑性塑料筒状薄膜的设备,其制动与支持装置由压挤辊与交错排列的带预热辊的导辊组组成,展宽段与整平装置各有压挤辊与整平板,连续筒状薄膜在它们的压挤辊间按所需横向拉伸率胀大成型坯并被热空气加热装置加热,然后通过整平装置。其后有一带前置辊及整平辊并带冷却辊的拉伸装置以大于馈送速度将经横向拉伸的压平筒状薄膜纵向拉伸,展宽段或整平装置可上下调节以保持筒状薄膜型坯直径恒定不变。

Description

本发明涉及制造类双向拉伸热塑性塑料筒状薄膜的设备,它带有一个克服预定阻力连续拉出连续筒状薄膜的制动与支持装置,有一个沿宽度方向展宽连续筒状薄膜的展宽装置及一个以大于输入速度的速度把连续筒状薄膜从展宽装置拉出的装置,以及一个把在宽度方向和纵向被拉伸的连续筒状薄膜先加热后冷却的装置。
在按先有的未公告的专利申请P36    15    445.8-16而公开的这种类型的装置上,展宽装置及加热与冷却装置由一带有加热和冷却段的芯轴构成。为了能以大于输入速度的速度对经芯轴拉出并延展的连续筒状薄膜通过拉引进行拉伸,芯轴上装有一个制动装置,它由一个与筒状薄膜直径相适应并带有吸气开口的吸气环组成。
公知的带有冷却和加热段的延展芯轴虽然可以直接设置在制造塑料软管的环状挤出喷嘴后面,但这公知的装置结构较复杂和较昂贵,而且操纵和控制也很困难。
因此本发明的目的在于制作出本文开头所述类型的设备,其结构较简单并较容易控制与操纵。
按本发明,该目的可由这样一种类型的设备来达到,其制动及支持装置由构成支持辊的压挤辊组和/或这样交错排列的导辊构成,铺平的连续筒状薄膜回环地交错绕经每个相邻的导辊,压挤辊组和/或导辊以预定速度驱动或带有具制动力矩可调节的制动器;沿运行方向在支持辊后面装有分开一定距离的展宽板组与整平板组,其板件相向楔形张开,还设有与每个展宽板组与整平板组前接或后接的压挤辊组,在它们之间连续筒状薄膜可按预定横向拉伸率胀大成筒状薄膜型坯;沿运行方向在整平板组后面设有构成拉伸辊的压挤辊组和/或整平的连续筒状薄膜带回环地交错绕过其上的导辊,导辊以大于引入速度的速度从筒状薄膜型坯把连续筒状薄膜拉出。按本发明的设备其特征在于结构简单,因为对原先是平铺的连续筒状薄膜的展宽只要通过将其胀大成筒状薄膜型坯即成。此外,在按本发明的设备上,连续筒状薄膜以简单的方式在支持与拉伸辊之间按所需拉伸率进行拉伸。
采用按本发明的设备,盘卷起来的筒状薄膜也能进行类双向拉延。按本发明的设备也可直接装在筒状薄膜吹塑设备的后面,只要连续筒状薄膜事先展平就行。
在展宽板与整平板之间适当地设置了对筒状薄膜型坯加热的热风装置,它可以由彼此相距一定间隔设置的环形配气与集气室组成,它们通过圆筒形外壳互相连接,该外壳跟筒状薄膜型坯构成环形空间,而配气与集气室则通过对热空气进行循环和再加热的加热风机而彼此相连接。据此,配气与集气室这样来设置使热空气逆着连续薄膜筒运行方向流过它的外表面。
在本发明的另一实施例中,配气与集气室朝外在筒状薄膜型坯进出处由虹膜隔片状的直径可调的挡圈进行密封。
在本发明的又另一实施例中,接在展宽与整平板前面的支持辊中至少有一个是可加热的。仍是铺平的连续筒状薄膜通过这个或这些压挤辊被预热。
把加热了的并进行了类双向拉伸的连续筒状薄膜加以冷却的装置可由多个冷却辊构成。为此目的,可将接于展宽及整平板后面的至少一个拉伸辊设计成冷却辊。
下面借助于一幅描绘一个用来类双向拉伸连续筒状薄膜的设备的示意图详细描述本发明的一个实施例。
未经拉伸的筒状薄膜从一个支撑在供料装置内的筒状薄膜卷1按描绘的方式拉出,并导向不加热的支架2。该薄膜经由导辊3到达预热辊4,又从那里导向压挤辊5。在压挤辊5的下方设置一个其高度可调的展宽段6,它由两个辊子和两个彼此斜向的板件组成,在此其高度可调的展宽段和下部的整平装置7之间,薄膜筒胀大成型坯8。该型坯8被一圆筒形外壳9环绕着,外壳含有上和下集气室10和11,集气室上部和下部接有虹膜隔片12和13以对不同直径的薄膜筒也能做到密封。空气通过空气加热器14被加热并被吹进下空气收集室11内,然后逆薄膜走向流过薄膜达到上集气室12,从那里通过一个风机15抽出并且再次被引进空气加热器14。以这样的方式双向拉伸的薄膜又被导引通过一个带有前置辊及平整辊的拉伸装置16,然后又由一卷绕机构重新盘卷。
展宽装置6的高度调节,可按如德国专利申请20    52    127与其相应美国专利3,804,572所公开的那样的结构来实现。展宽装置的高度的调节是要保证即使在工作过程中从直立的筒状薄膜型坯中有空气逸出也能使筒状薄膜型坯始终保持同一直径。
在高度可调的展宽装置的整个行程全用上的情况下,须加入新的空气。这可以通过如德国专利31    19    006与其相应美国专利4,462,779所公开的一种装置从气源来取得。

Claims (7)

1、制造类双向拉伸热塑性塑料筒状薄膜的设备,它带有一个克服预定阻力连续拉出连续筒状薄膜的制动与支持装置,有一个沿宽度方向展宽连续筒状薄膜的展宽装置及一个以大于输入速度的速度把连续筒状薄膜从展宽装置拉出的装置,以及一个把在宽度方向和纵向被拉伸的连续筒状薄膜先加热然后冷却的装置,其特征在于其制动与支持装置由构成支持辊的压挤辊组(5,6)和/或这样交错排列的导辊(4)构成,铺平的连续筒状薄膜回环地交错绕经每个相邻的导辊,压挤辊组和/或导辊以预定速度驱动或带有具制动力矩可调的制动器,沿运行方向在支持辊后面装有分开一定距离的展宽板组与整平板组,其板件相向楔形张开,并设有与每个展宽板组与整平板组前接或后接的压挤辊组,在压挤辊组间连续筒状薄膜可按预定的横向拉伸率胀大成筒状薄膜型坯,沿运行方向在整平板组后面设有构成拉伸辊的压挤辊组和/或整平的连续筒状薄膜回环地交错绕过其上的导辊(16),导辊以大于引入速度的速度从筒状薄膜型坯把连续筒状薄膜拉出来。
2、按权利要求1的设备,其特征在于,在展宽板与整平板之间设有对筒状薄膜型坯加热的热风装置。
3、按权利要求2的设备,其特征在于,热风装置由相距一定间隔设置的环状配气与集气室(10,11)组成,它们通过一个圆筒形外壳(9)互相连接,该外壳跟筒形薄膜型坯构成一环形空间,并且配气与集气室通过对热空气进行循环和再加热的加热风机(14,15)而彼此连接的。
4、按照权利要求3的设备,其特征在于,配气与集气室朝外在筒状薄膜型坯进出处由虹膜隔片状的直径可调的挡圈(12,13)进行密封。
5、按权利要求1至4中任何一项的设备,其特征在于,在前接于展宽板与整平板的支持辊(4,5)中至少有一个是可加热的。
6、按权利要求1至5中任何一项的设备,其特征在于,在后接于展宽板与整平板的拉伸辊(16)中至少有一个设计成冷却辊。
7、按权利要求1至6中任何一项的设备,其特征在于,展宽板组与整平板组中之一组,连同所连带的压挤辊,设计成沿其与另外一组的连线的方向移动以保持筒状薄膜型坯的直径恒定不变。
