Abstract

焊接电极结构包括一个内电极(3)和多个内部电连接的围绕内电极(3)确定为封闭轮廓如环形,轴向具有弹性的外电极(8),由此,围绕着封闭轮廓,实际上在内外电极间通过的焊接电流得到均匀分布。

Description

本发明涉及的是焊接,特别是焊接电极的结构,以用于产生封闭形轮廓,例如环形焊接。
有时需要将一个部件焊到另一部件的孔中,焊缝沿孔的周围产生,使其一部件将孔密封。
这种要求在GB-A-2161017中所描述的硫化钠电池的制造中是存在的。在此种电池中,金属棒式的中心集电环通过安装在电池“盖”上的金属垫片延伸,因此,需要将集电环焊在垫片的孔中以把孔密封。
焊接受垫片和极柱间通过的电流的影响,电流是用相互绝缘的电极与焊接电流电源相连使极柱和垫片接触获得的。
按本发明所提供的焊接电极结构,包括一个内电极和多个内部电相连到围绕内电极确定为封闭轮廓的外电极,外电极在封闭轮廓面的轴向具有弹性。
本发明电极结构的优点是,在使用中能保证内外电极间围绕封闭轮廓通过的焊接电流均匀分布,因而实质上围绕封闭轮廓能产生均匀的焊缝。
多个外电极可由多个分离的部件固定在一个公用的基体上而构成,在此种情况下,内电极可以通过基体上的孔延伸出后从外电极间延伸出来。
要不然,外电极也可以是这样形成,由与外连接环成一整体的向内延伸的多个指状物构成。
本发明将用实例并参照附图加以说明,其中:
图1是根据本发明的电极结构的侧剖视图;
图2是图1所示结构的端视图;
图3是根据本发明更细的电极结构部分的平面图;
图4是图3的沿Ⅳ-Ⅳ线的剖视图,
图5是侧剖视图,说明结构的用途,包括图3和图4所示的钠/硫电池制造的一部分。
参照图1和图2,所示的电极结构包括一个柱状铜体1,其中有轴向通孔2,通过孔2中延伸的是内金属电极3,它用塑料绝缘体4,如PTFE电绝缘地支撑于基体1上,绝缘体4装于基体1的凹口5处。绝缘体4上的一部分6在体孔壁和电极3之间沿孔2延伸。它的大端部分7装于凹口5中。外部黄铜电极8用12个弹簧张紧,围绕孔2呈圆周布置,安装于基体1的自由端(见图1中的下部)。由于装载弹簧电极8在轴向具有弹性。电极8的自由端确定了一个环形封闭轮廓,内电极3沿此轮廓轴向延伸。如图1所示,外电极8超出内电极3的自由端处延伸。
电极结构至此还远未说清,它借助于固定壳体100装于焊枪体中(未示出)固定壳体100与基体1上的台肩9接合,并有螺纹的套筒部件101,用于与焊枪体连接。当这种电极结构装于焊枪上时,电极3和8将以常规的方式与焊接电流电源端连接。
参照图3、图4和图5,所示的结构包括一个装有弹簧张紧的内电极20和多个外电极21,外电极是由12个向内的锥形指状物(21)从一个带有外部环形连接圈22的整体延伸而构成的。图4和图5清楚地表明了指状物21和连接圈22确定了一个被切去末端的锥形,电极20延伸到其顶点,指状物21的自由端确定一个环形封闭轮廓,在此封闭轮廓的轴向具有弹性。此外,指状物21的厚度相对于连接圈23是逐渐减小的。如图5所示,连接圈22固定于壳体结构23中,形成焊枪剩余部分,使用时电极20和21将以常规方法连接到焊接电流电源端部。
图5说明从图3至图5所示的电极结构的应用,即在GB-A-2161017中所描述的钠/硫电池盖202上安装的环形金属圈201的孔中焊接一个电流集电环金属棒200。使金属棒200位于如图所示的孔中,电极结构有这样的优点即内电极20与金属棒200的端部相接合,并且直到外电极指状物21与围绕金属棒200的封闭轮廓(园形)中的垫圈201接合,才克服弹簧的偏移被推回来。此时,焊接电流(1200安)通过金属棒200和垫圈201在电极20和21之间接通。由此,将金属棒200焊于垫圈201的孔中。
除了在内电极3与金属棒200的端部接合前,外电极8的环将与垫圈201接合外,图1和图2所示的电极结构以相似的方法使用。
尽管在上述描述的结构中外电极确定为一个环形封闭轮廓,但是应该知道,封闭轮廓可以是任何一种需要的形状。

Claims (10)

1、焊接电极结构包括一个内电极和多个内部电连接到围绕内电极确定为封闭轮廓的外电极,外电极在封闭轮廓的轴向具有弹性。
2、根据权项要求1的电极结构,其中,外电极是由多个分别形成的部件固定在连接体而形成的。
3、根据权项要求2的结构,其中,每一部件分别被弹簧偏压的。
4、根据权项要求2或3的结构。其中,内电极通过公用基体中的孔在外电极间延伸。
5、根据权项要求1的结构,其中,外电极是由多个从带有外部连接环的整体向内延伸的指体物构成的。
6、根据权项要求5的结构,其中,指状物相对于外部连接环是逐渐减小厚度的。
7、根据权项要求5或6的结构,其中,指状物和外部连接环确定为一个切去端部的锥形。
8、根据权项要求7的结构,其中,内电极用弹簧加载可在指状物的自由端间延伸。
9、前述的焊接电极结构是参照图1、图2、图3、图4和图5进行说明的。
10、前面任一项权项要求所要求的焊枪具有电极结构。
