Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑用板式连接件，其中有通过硬泡沫芯层连接的两个保护层和构成纵边的异型边缘，适于作为桁梁的连接件各自负荷，异构边缘基本上做成U形截面，并通过芯层加以固定。该连接件的特殊之处在于：至少在和异型边缘(3)连接的两个保护层(1和2)的一个上面打有孔洞，并在有孔洞保护层面的下方放置一层矿物棉(5)或是一层与芯层相同的材料，以达到消音或吸音的目的。

Description

本发明涉及建筑用板式连接件，连接件有通过硬泡沫芯层连接的保护层和构成纵边的异型边缘。适用作为桁梁的连接件各自负荷，异型边缘基本上做成U型截面，并通过芯层加以固定。
这种板式连接件，已由DE-OS3445895号专利公布周知。跟公知的夹合构件相比，这种连接件具有的优点是：它的承载能力不是基于通过硬泡沫芯层相互连接保护层的夹合效应产生的，而是通过排置在连接件纵边上的异型边缘以板结构方式产生的。异型边缘各自以桁梁方式发挥效应，并以此承纳连接件的主要负荷。由基本上呈U型异型边缘相互对峙翼缘连结的保护层，只用于连接处在连接件主要负荷方向的异型边缘，以构成板式结构件。尽管保护层显然必须能够依靠自身的坚固性承受由外部影响作用到保护层面上的各种力，但是跟夹合结构相反，板式连接件不用为此确定承受的各种力。充满U型异型边缘截面内的芯层硬泡沫，即使在有载荷的情况下，也只是保持起桁梁作用异型边缘的几何形状，因为异型边缘的形状稳定，对于连接件的整体承载状态具有决定性。
从这种公知的板式连接件出发，本发明的任务是把板式连接件扩大应用，作为吸音墙壁。
本发明通过下述方案解决这项任务，为达到吸音目的，至少在跟异型边缘连结的两个保护层中的一个上打孔，并在有孔洞保护层面的下方放置一层矿物棉或是跟芯层相同的材料。
通过保护层上的孔洞和放置在有孔洞保护层下面的矿物棉层或相似的材料，防止撞击在这个连接件保护层上的声波反射。取而代之的是，绝大部分声波侵入连接件，因此孔洞跟矿物棉层共同作用，具有强烈的消音效果。通过镶嵌一层矿物棉或跟芯层相同的材料，防止声波滑落。主要考虑符合本发明连接件的良好坚固性和矿物棉层的耐大气腐蚀性。
根据本发明的另一个特征，还可以通过下述方案改善吸音效果，把有孔洞的保护层分成处于不平行平面上的保护层条。
分别根据不同的应用状况和制备工艺，有孔洞的保护层可以或是跟异型边缘做成一体，或是做成分立的构件。分立构件跟异型边缘固定连接，主要是通过为此预先制成的异型边缘长槽内的夹紧蚂蝗钉固定。
在附图上以透视局部前视图和局部剖面图，示出符合本发明连接件的三种实施例，更确切地说是：
图1有孔洞保护的第一种实施形式
图2供跟图1一起选用的一种实施形式
图3带两块有孔洞保护层的第三种实施形式
在这三种全部实施形式中，板式连接件都是由两块保护层1和2，两条构成连接件纵边的异形边缘3（这里图示中只有两条异型边缘中的一条），和一层硬泡沫芯层4组成。硬泡沫芯层不仅填充保护层1和2之间的空间，而且还充满每个基本上呈U型截面的异型边缘内腔。
在图1所示的实施例中，保护板1已经打孔洞。在有孔洞平面的后方，添置一层矿物棉5，矿物棉层通过硬泡沫芯层4保持在预定的位置上。当保护层1制成跟两条异型边缘为一体的时候，保护层2是一块分立构件。分立构件的边缘嵌入异型边缘3的燕尾形槽6，并以这种方式和异型边缘夹紧。
如果用一层矿物棉5背衬在有孔洞的保护层1后面，当保护层朝向某个噪声源的时候，例如朝向行驶车辆很多的公路，将防止把声波从保护层1反射回去。取而代之的是，声波通过有孔洞的平面侵入矿物棉层5，并按照这种方式被吸收。在按照图1所述的实施例中，通过下述方案将改善吸音效果，把有孔洞的保护层不置于一个平面上，而是做成保护层条，并放置在不同的平行的平面上，这些平面有微小的交叠。此外，通过这样做还提高了保护层的坚固性。
图2所示的第二种实施方式，基本上跟前面描述的第一种实施方式一致。但是，在这种实施例中，是应用一块消音板7制成的保护板替代金属保护层2。之所以能够使用这种承载能力很小的消音板7，是因为连接件的主要负荷都由异型边缘承纳了。通过使用消音板7作第二个保护层，还可以在连接件的另一面上取得消音或吸音的效果。
根据图3所示的第三种实施形式，在基本结构方面和前面介绍的两种实施例一致。但可以看出第三种实施方式跟第一种实施方式的差异在于：做成分立构件的保护层2也被打孔。在这块有孔洞的保护层2面的背后，放置一层矿物棉5，因而板式连接件向两个方位都具有消音效果。

Claims (4)

1、一种建筑用板式连接件，其中有通过硬泡沫芯层连接的两个保护层和构成纵边的异型边缘，适于作为桁梁的连接件各自负荷，异型边缘基本上做成U型截面，并通过芯层加以固定，该连接件的特征在于：至少在跟异型边缘(3)连结的两个保护层(1和2)中的一个上面打有孔洞，并在有孔洞保护层面的下方放置一层矿物棉(5)或是与芯层(4)相同的材料，以达到吸音的目的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的板式连接件，其特征是：把有孔洞的保护层（1）不置于一个平面上，而是分成位于不同的平行的平面上的保护层条。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的板式连接件，其特征是：有孔洞的保护层（1）跟异型边缘（3）做成一体。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的板式连接件，其特征是：有孔洞的保护层（2）做成分立构件，采用异型边缘（3）固定连接，主要是夹紧。
