Abstract

本发明创造有关磁带驱动装置的卷盘承受装置。具备其基端固定中间设有小直径部的轴,安装于该轴上的卷盘承受基体,与承受基体成为一体的卷盘驱动凸片,嵌入轴小直径部、为防止基体脱落的构件,通过基体将动力传到卷盘驱动凸片的磁带卷盘承受装置。使用软性材料作成的筒状构件作为防止脱落构件。在卷盘驱动凸片上端部设置用来嵌合轴顶端部的轴承凹部。

Description

本发明创造有关磁带驱动装置的卷盘承受装置,特别关于使其装配作业容易的磁带驱动装置之卷盘承受装置。
以往,磁带驱动装置的卷盘承受装置,如图3所示那样构成。亦即,在被固定在底盘31上的轴32上,回转自由地安装着套筒34,卷盘驱动凸片35被压入该套筒34上而形成一体。然后,为防止套筒34及卷盘驱动凸片35的脱落,而在轴32的端部上嵌装防止脱落的垫圈36。
然而,该装置存在如下的问题。即当轴32突出高于卷盘驱动凸片35顶部时,存在卷盘承受装置的全体高度尺寸变大的缺点,对设计方面有不良影响。因此,为不使轴32突出,而在卷盘驱动凸片35顶端设置凹部40,在该凹部40内设置防止其脱落的垫圈36。然而,当加大上述凹部40的直径时,使卷盘驱动凸片35上端面形成较大平坦面,使卡式盒不易装填。因此,势必将凹部40的直径尽可能作小,但垫圈36亦随之变小,使得把如此小直径垫圈36在小的凹部40内嵌入在轴32的环状沟32a内的作业极为困难。此外,为了安装垫圈36的关系,必须将卷盘驱动凸片35端部开口变大,因此,还有尘埃从该开口部进入轴32与套筒34、以及与卷盘驱动凸片35间的滑动部份内的问题。
本发明创造为考虑上述情况而形成,其目的为提供一种磁带驱动装置的卷盘承受装置,为易于卡式盒的装填,且为使其容易装配。
本发明创造的主要点在于使用筒状构件作为防止脱落构件,且用软性材料形成该筒状构件。
即,本发明创造为在具备其基端被固定在底盘上,而其中间部位设有小直径部的轴,回转自由地被安装在该轴上的卷盘承受基体,被压入该卷盘承受基体,而形成一体的卷盘驱动凸片,被嵌入前述轴上的小直径部,用以防止前述卷盘承受基体从前述轴上脱落的防止脱落构件,通过上述卷盘承受基体,将回转动力传递至上述卷盘驱动凸片的磁带驱动装置的卷盘承受装置中,在使用软性材料形成的筒状构件作为上述防止脱落构件的同时,在前述卷盘驱动凸片的上端部设置使嵌入上述轴顶端的轴承凹部。
若用上述的构成,依靠将卷盘驱动凸片连同卷盘承受基体压入轴上时,筒体构件压向轴的一方,由此,筒体构件被嵌入轴的小直径部内。因此,可避免如以往在按压卷盘驱动凸片的状态下,将垫圈嵌装于轴上等麻烦的操作。此外,因不必在卷盘驱动凸片的上端部开大口的关系,能使该上端部呈圆弧形,从而能使卡式盒的装填容易。
兹将本发明创造的详细情形,用附图所示的实施例说明如下:
图1及图2分别表示有关本发明创造一实施例之卷盘承装置的概略构成,图1为俯视图,图2沿图1上A-A线的剖面图。图中,11为由金属板构成的底盘,将金属制成的卷盘安装轴(轴)12的基端,以铆接等方法固定在该底盘11上,在该卷盘安装轴12顶端附近的周面上设有环状沟(小直径部)12a,是为防止下述套筒的脱落。
在卷盘安装轴12上,回转自如地插入与由合成树脂等所制成的齿轮13形成一体的套筒(卷盘承受基体)14。在该套筒14上,压入将与卡式盒卷盘(未图示)结合的卷盘驱动凸片15并成为一体。该卷盘驱动凸片15是由合成树脂等所制成,其顶端部作成封闭,且被形成圆弧形。再者,在卷盘驱动凸片15上端部上设有用以嵌合上述轴12顶端的轴承凹部15a。
此外,在由上述已形成一体化的套筒14与卷盘驱动凸部15所围成的空间部内,容纳筒状构件16,能使此圆筒体的一端向内方向缩小。使筒状构件16的缩小部嵌合在卷盘安装轴12上端的沟部12a内。该筒状构件16是为防止套筒14从卷盘安装轴12上脱落,且由合成树脂等软性材料作成。
再者,图中15b为卷盘驱动凸片15的卷盘结合突起部,18为铆合部,19为压入部。
在这样的构成中,首先在将筒状构件16插入卷盘驱动凸片15内部的状态下,将卷盘驱动凸片15由上方压入套筒14,使卷盘驱动凸片15压入套筒14而成为一体。其次,将套筒14及卷盘驱动凸片15从卷盘安装轴12的顶端向其基端侧压入。由此,筒状构件16被往下方按压,而嵌入卷盘安装轴12顶端的沟部12a内。当筒状构件16被嵌入于沟部12a之后,因为套筒14被筒状构件16所止住的关系。即使放松卷盘驱动凸片15,但套筒14不会从卷盘安装轴12脱出。
这样若根据本实施例,只将与套筒14形成一体的卷盘驱动凸片15压入卷盘安装轴12上,即可自动地使筒状构件16嵌向沟部12a内。换言之,可免除以往在按压卷盘驱动凸片的同时将垫圈嵌入沟部等麻烦操作,使全体的组装作业极易进行。又因卷盘驱动凸片15上端被封闭而不开口的关系,能使其上端部形成圆弧形,因此,能使卡式盒的装填容易。再者,因卷盘驱动凸片15的顶端被封闭的关系,可防止尘埃进入卷盘安装轴12与套筒14间等不妥当的事情发生。
再者,本发明创造并不限定于上述之各实施例,只要在未脱离其要旨之范围内,可作出种种变形的实施。例如,前述作为防止脱落构件的筒状构件,只要靠将上述卷盘驱动凸片等压入的按压力使嵌入上述轴的沟部即可,只要使其一部的内径比上述轴的外径小即可。又,构成筒状构件的材料只要是软性材料则可,例如可使用尼龙等。再者,亦可以沿筒状构件上的轴方向设置切口,籍以加大该构件的变形量。此外,各部的形状及材料等,亦可按规格而作适当的更改。
如上所述,根据本发明创造,由于只将卷盘驱动凸片压入轴,即可使筒状构件嵌入轴顶端的沟部内,作为防止脱落的构件的原因,使得其组装作业极为容易。再者,因卷盘驱动凸片的上端被封闭的关系,可使该上端部作成圆弧形,籍此可获得易于装填卡式盒的效果。

Claims (2)

1、一种磁带驱动装置的卷盘承受装置,在具备其基端固定在底盘上,而在其中间设有小直径部的轴,和回转自由地安装在该轴上的卷盘承受基体,和压入该卷盘承受基体内而形成一体的卷盘驱动凸片,以及嵌入上述轴上的小直径部,用以防止上述卷盘承受基体从上述轴上脱落的防止脱落构件,通过上述卷盘承受基体,将回转动力传递到上述卷盘驱动凸片的磁带驱动装置的卷盘承受装置中,其特征是在使用以软性材料构成的筒状构件作为上述防止脱落构件的同时,在上述卷盘驱动凸片的上端部上设置用以嵌合上述轴顶端部的轴承凹部。
2、根据权利要求1的卷盘承受装置,其特征是上述筒状构件,其一端向其内方向缩小。
