本实用新型是一种夹钳。它能根据需要做成具有若干只不同形状的夹爪的系列产品，适用于夹起特殊形状的易碎的物品。本实用新型的特征是由夹爪与固定板做绞链连接，一根“T”字形操纵杆穿过固定板，与一块套住夹爪的活动板连接。手握固定板上的提手，用食指和无名指勾起“T”字形操纵杆，带动活动板移动，使夹爪夹(张)紧物品。弹簧的弹性使夹爪自动回位。本实用新型结构简单、使用方便，可用边角废料制造，且利用简易设备可投入批量生产。

本实用新型涉及夹物的工具，尤其与火钳有关。
现在人们使用的火钳，它只能有两只夹爪，在很多场合，使用费时费力；对一些特殊形状的易碎的物品是不适用的。
本实用新型是一种可根据需要做成有若干只不同形状的夹爪的夹钳，它能将特殊形状的易碎的物品夹（张）紧，且操作方便省力。譬如：要夹一种球形物品时，可做一把三爪夹钳，夹爪的受力部位可做成同球体半径的圆弧，这样就可把球体方便地夹起来。
本实用新型的基本结构是这样的：夹爪与固定板做铰链连接，一块孔数与夹爪数相同的活动孔板套住夹爪，固定板上端连接了提手和轴套，“T”字形操杆的竖杆穿过轴套与活动孔板连接，弹簧套在竖杆上，弹簧上顶固定板，下压活动孔板，通过操纵杆带动活动孔板上下移动，从而使夹爪对物品夹（张）紧。
附图描述了本实用新型的一个实施例——蜂窝煤钳。下面参照附图介绍本实用新型的详细结构及工作情况。
四只夹爪（1）与固定板（5）做铰链连接，活动孔板（2）套住夹爪（1），固定板（5）上有提手（7）和轴套（6），“T”字形操纵杆（3）的竖杆穿过轴套（6）与活动孔板（2）连接，弹簧（4）套在操纵杆的竖杆上，弹簧（4）上顶固定板（5），下压活动孔板（2）。
使用时，手握提手（7），将四只夹爪（1）插入蜂窝煤的对衬孔中，以中指和无名指勾起操纵杆（3）带动活动孔板（2）上移，夹爪并拢，夹紧蜂窝煤。根据需要，蜂窝煤钳可一次夹起三块蜂窝煤取出或放进炉膛。蜂窝煤钳也可方便省力地夹起木柴、木炭等物品。

- 一种夹钳，由夹爪组成，其特征是至少有二个与固定板(5)绞接的夹爪(1)，有一块套住夹爪(1)的活动板(2)，固定板(5)上端连接了提手(7)和轴套(6)，一个穿过固定板(5)并与活动板(2)连接的“T”形操纵杆(3)，和一个套在“T”形操纵杆(3)中，上顶固定板(5)，下压活动板(2)的弹簧(4)。
