Abstract

Description

本发明是关于一个在岩石锚杆支护设备中存放一混凝土供料软管的装置,其中包括一绞盘,绞盘可转动地装在一支承架上,当软管从钻孔中抽出时,供料软管卷绕在绞盘上,当软管伸入钻孔时,供料软管从绞盘中展出,且被绕于绞盘上的供料软管末端连接于混凝土供料装置。
用浆灌入钻孔的岩石锚杆支护,首先要用钻孔设备在岩石上钻孔,随后将一混凝土供料软管推入钻孔以送进混凝土,在软管从钻孔中抽出的同时,将混凝土抽入钻孔内。最后,将岩石锚杆支护推入填充有混凝土的钻孔中。
机械化的岩石锚杆支护混凝土供料软管是用一与钻孔设备连在一起的软管供给装置,将软管推入钻孔,该装置并具有牵引辊。用靠在软管上辊子的压力和辊子的转动,将软管送入钻孔和抽出。
当锚杆支护钻孔太长时,软管相应地也需要更长,软管被供给装置抽出后,绕成一盘放于巷道底部,或按供给装置从钻孔中抽出的软管长度相应地绕在软管绞盘上。当软管送入钻孔时,供给装置从巷道底部或从软管绞盘上,将软管拉入钻孔。
当锚杆支护设备移动位置时,放在巷道底部的长软管卷很容易被石块卡住,而且当软管送入钻孔时,松散的软管可能被钻孔设备卡住,或被缠绞在一起。当为支护而钻孔时,巷道顶部松散的岩石块下落可能损坏软管。
如果使用软管绞盘,除驱动供给装置外,还需要有绞盘自身旋转的设备。
本发明目的是为防止上述缺点而提供一种装置,这种装置能够通过一种简单的结构控制供料软管的运动。按照本发明的实现该目的装置的特征在于,绞盘由一环状支承壁所包围,当绞盘按软管展开方向(A)旋转时,供料软管倚在其壁面上,一个不转动的导向件装在支承壁旁侧,引导压靠在支承壁面上的软管脱离绞盘,软管被引导脱离绞盘是由于绞盘的转动,而施在软管上一向外推出的作用力(F)。
本发明是基于这一想法,软管绞盘不仅用于存放软管,而且作为推送软管进入钻孔和自钻孔抽出软管的一种装置。由于绞盘的转动,使软管受一与软管方向一致的外推作用力,而使软管从装置中单一的位置上伸展出去,防止了卷绕的软管随意的伸展。当绞盘按反向旋转时,软管从钻孔抽出,供料软管卷入绞盘圆周的内侧。围绕绞盘的支承壁在绞盘按软管展开方向旋转时限制了绞盘中软管的展开,这样,当软管压靠在支承壁的内表面上时,支承壁起上述外推力的作用。
根据本项发明,不需要软管供给辊或其它的独立供给装置,因此,结构简单,工作可靠,不会造成软管松散而阻碍装置工作。当软管从钻孔抽出或推入时,由于不存在独立供给辊与软管间的摩擦,故可施以很大的作用力。
当软管从绞盘内推出时,软管的抗压和抗弯强度应能抵抗作用在其上的外推力。
本发明将参照下面附图作更为详尽的说明,其中
图1和图2是按照本项发明装置的优选实施例的剖面示意图,表示当软管从绞盘内被展开,及相应的软管被卷入绞盘的情况。
图3是表示图1沿线Ⅲ-Ⅲ轴向剖面图。
图4示意地说明了另一实施例装置的局部剖面图。
图5是图4沿线Ⅴ-Ⅴ的剖面图。
图6是沿箭头Ⅵ所示方向该装置的侧视图。
图1至图3所示装置,包括有一软管绞盘1,绞盘可转动地装于一固定支承架2上,并与一旋转马达相连接。绞盘具有两个平行的法兰盘3,和一与所述法兰盘内连的中心绕管柱4。两法兰盘间的距离与被卷绕的软管5的直径相适应。
绞盘用环状支承壁6围住,支承壁离绞盘外圆有一定距离地连接在支承架上,其距离小于软管的直径。支承壁装有一与其内表面成切线方向的导向件7,系由比软管直径稍大的伸展出口8形成。
软管的内末端固定在绞盘中心绕管柱上,并与混凝土供料装置相连接,该装置以符号9仅示意地说明于图1中,所述装置可用泵与混凝土容器相连而组成,在泵与绞盘中心绕管柱之间连接有供料管道。
当绞盘按伸展方向A旋转时,如图1所示,软管先从中心绕管柱伸展一定程度,随后,它倚在支承壁的内侧。当绞盘继续旋转,软管受一外推力F,并经出口8离开装置进入钻孔10,出口8是软管唯一能伸展出来的位置。
供料软管是由具有足够刚性的坚固、光滑的材料构成,以便抵抗施于其上的外推力,而无弯曲和基本上无截面的变形,与此同时,它容易地沿支承壁的内表面滑动。
当绞盘按卷缩方向B旋转时,如图2所示,因绞盘的旋转,软管先被紧绕在绞盘中心绕管柱上,随后,从钻孔中拉出并进入装置。
图4至图6所示装置实施例不同于先前的装置,主要在于支承壁16装在绞盘的一个法兰盘上并随绞盘一起转动。在支承壁与绞盘的另一法兰盘之间形成一环状间隙15,其宽度稍大于软管直径。
一管状导向件17连于装置的固定支承架上,该导向件具有一与软管相适应的伸展出口18,该导向件朝着所述间隙15方向,紧挨在其上方。支承架上还装有相互间隔开的用以遮盖所述间隙的挡板14。
当绞盘和其支承壁按伸展方向A旋转时,软管仍受到一外推力,该力将软管从间隙推出进入伸展出口18,进而由此向前。挡板确保软管只能沿导向件方向自间隙处抬起。在本实施例中,软管无须沿支承壁内表面滑动。
附图和有关阐述只是企图说明本发明的想法。其细节,按照本发明装置则可在权利要求范围内有所变化。如果在绞盘上绕软管,例如以螺旋方式,重叠地绕有数匝,那么,绞盘可以小些,或绕在其上的软管可以长些。该软管必须在侧面支承。软管绞盘也可是类似于一棉花卷筒,即在绞盘上可有几个平行的软管绕组。导向件也可不必是管状的,但却可以是-例如-贯穿形的。

Claims (7)

1、一种用于岩石锚杆支护设备中为存放混凝土供料软管的装置,其中包括一可转动地安装在支承架(2)上的绞盘(1),及绕在其上的供料软管(5),当供料软管(5)自钻孔抽出时,软管被卷绕,当供料软管伸进钻孔时,软管被展开,装在绞盘上的软管末端与供料装置(9)相连接,其特征在于:
-一绞盘(1)用一环状支承壁(6;16)围住,当绞盘按软管展开方向(A)旋转时,供料软管(5)倚向支承壁,而且
-一个不转动的导向件(7;17)装在支承壁的旁侧,由于绞盘的旋转,施于软管一外推力(F),引导压靠在支承壁侧面的软管脱离绞盘。
2、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:支承壁(6)相对于绞盘(1)不转动。
3、按照权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:导向件(7)由装在支承壁上的伸展出口(8)形成。
4、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:支承壁(16)被固定以随绞盘(1)旋转,而导向件(17)相对于绞盘是不转动的。
5、按照权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于:导向件(17)是一固定导管,并装有伸展出口(18)。
6、按照前述任何一项权利要求的装置,其特征在于:供料软管(5)是不变形的,在受到推力时不会产生弯曲情况,并且从绞盘(1)起经导向件(7;17)而支承在支承壁(6;16)上。
7、按照前述任何一项权利要求的装置,其特征在于,供料软管(5)的内末端固定在由绞盘(1)内壁构成的绕管柱(4)上,并与混凝土供料装置(9)相连接。
