Abstract

一种带式输送机通过支架支撑,向前和返回通道由多个设置在每个支架上的形状保持辊支撑,一个中间辊作为其中一个形状保持辊水平设置并同时接触和支撑两个通道,从而简化了带式输送机的结构。

Description

本发明涉及一种带式输送机,更具体地说,涉及一种由平皮带卷成的圆形带式输送机,保证被输送物料在运送过程中不被散落。
图5和图6简略示出了传统的筒式皮带输送机,环形橡胶带13围绕在分别位于前部和后部的辊11和12上,在两辊之间旋转。带13上部的向前通道13a是由许多固定在支架14上的形状保持辊15卷成圆筒形。粉末的或颗粒的材料由漏斗16喂入到传送带13上,并由向前通道13a输送,带13在端辊11的附近还原成平状,卸去物料。随后,带在返回通道13b上再由多个形状保持辊18卷成圆筒状,返回通道13b在下部分。物料可在向前通路13a也可在返回通道13b中输送。
但在这种圆筒形带式输送机中,由于形状保持辊数量的增加,导致支架高度的增大,从而提高了结构上的成本。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种既结构上简单又费用低的带式输送机。
根据本发明,实现上述目的的一种带式输送机包括环形带,环形带绕在两个辊上,并在辊之间移动,带组成向前通道和返回通道,每个支架包括多个形状保持辊,在上部和下部分之间有一个水平中间辊,用来同时支撑向前和返回通道。
在现有技术中,如上所述,向前和返回通道13a和13b分别由不同的形状保持辊组15和18支撑,然而,支架14的高度增加。根据本发明,中间辊同时接触向前通道的底面和返回通道的上面并同时支撑两者。因此,支架的高度降低,并节省了形状保持辊的数量。
图1是根据本发明的筒形带式输送机的第一实施例,沿与运动方向垂直的平面剖开的剖视图,表示了支架和形状保持辊的位置,
图2是图1所示结构的前视图,中间辊同时接触筒式环形带的向前通道和返回通道,
图3和图4类似于图1,分别表示了本发明的其他实施例,
图5表示了传统筒形带式输送机的概略主视图;
图6表示沿图5中Ⅵ-Ⅵ线的横向放大剖视图。
图1类似于图6,表示了本发明的第一实施例。筒形带式输送机在其外观上类似于传统的筒形带式输送机。
在第一实施例中,向前通道2a的上表面和左、右侧面由三个形状保持辊3支撑,返回通道2b的底面和左、右侧面由三个形状保持辊4支撑。向前通道2a的底面和返回通道2b的上面均由水平中间辊5支撑。
如图2所示,向前通道2a和返回通道2b在相反的方向运动,而中间辊仅在一个方向旋转是没有问题的。
在本发明中,支撑每个通道的支架可有四个或更多个形状保持辊。图3中有五个辊,而图4中有六个辊。无论在任一种情况下,向前通道和返回通道2a和2b都同时支撑在水平中间辊6和7上。
毫无疑问,本发明不仅适合于闭合圆筒形输送带,也适合在一面敞开的U形输送带上。
到此,本发明参照较优实施例进行了说明,对于本技术领域的人员来说,在本发明的构思范围内,还可做出在形式上和内容上的改进。

Claims (6)

1、一种带式输送机,包括:绕两端辊且在其间运动的环形带,带组成向前通道和返回通道;支架包括多个分别在上、下表面支撑向前通道和返回通道的形状保持辊,其特征在于:向前通道和返回通道同时支撑在中间辊上,中间辊作为其中一个形状保持辊水平设置在支架的上部和下部之间。
2、根据权利要求1的带式输送机,其特征在于:带是圆筒形。
3、根据权利要求1的带式输送机,其特征在于:带可弯成U形。
4、根据权利要求2的带式输送机,其特征在于:在每个支架的上部或底部的形状保持辊的数量是四个。
5、根据权利要求2的带式输送机,其特征在于:在每个支架的上部或底部的形状保持辊的数量是五个。
6、根据权利要求2的带式输送机,其特征在于:在每个支架的上部或底部的形状保持辊的数量是六个。
