Abstract
本发明提供一种蓄电池组,它的基本特征在于:具有四个在盖子(2)下面成对地电气连接的端子(3、4、5、6),这样就使它可用到不管是什么接线方案的任何类型的机车上去;并通过装有二个C字形提手,其两端(10)可用铰链连固到两个竖直的侧壁(8),并拥有两个位置,一个是用作提手的竖直位置,而另一个是使蓄电池组便于堆储,同时能保护端子的水平位置,以免可能因其重量和互相冲击和摩擦所引起的损坏。
Description
本发明涉及对下述蓄电池组的各项改进,这种蓄电池组包括一个具有一般从顶上看是正方形或长方形的正棱柱体形的外壳,该外壳上部盖有一个可通过接线端子的盖子。
本发明取得的各种改进更具体地涉及专用于启动引擎的铅-酸型蓄电池组。
在上述类型的蓄电池组中,外壳内部被再分成二个或多个电池,在每个电池中排列着正、负交替相间的电极和中间隔板,这些隔板是由一种矿物质形成各种厚度的微孔纤维板或由其它合成化合物(例如聚氯乙烯)所组成的;这些隔板也可由聚次亚乙烯纤维素涂板等组成。
蓄电池组的各个电池主要包含一种完全由隔板吸收或保持在自由状态的电解质。
由电极或极板形成的导电元件可由纯铅或铅-钙-锡、铅-锑-锡合金或其它能组成硬的、自支承的、易于加工和粘接的电极材料制成。
因为蓄电池组外壳的结构,并因为其内部铅电极和电解液的重量使蓄电池组不易搬运;所以往往会在外壳两侧一般装有提手。这样定位的提手使蓄电池组在运输和储藏中不易相互堆放。
此外,传统的蓄电池组并没有保护接线端子的装置,因而在其储运过程中蓄电池组堆可构成因底下的蓄电池组的接线端子遭到破坏的危险作业。
上述类型的蓄电池组引起的另一个问题是由于其接线端子的位置造成的。由于与机动车的结构或设计有关,蓄电池组的正极有时必须放在右面而有时必须放在左面,这就意味着蓄电池组必须装有这两种形式的盖子。
本发明的目的是要提供一种可克服上述缺陷的上述类型的蓄电池组。
因为本发明所取得的改进,所以可以得到这样一种装有提手的蓄电池组,这种提手在不用时可被摺回到一个不起作用的位置而不致妨碍各蓄电池组相互间的横向堆放。此外,按照本发明,在确定提手的一个利于堆放蓄电池组的支承面的同时,使其构成一种可保护接线端子的部件。
按照本发明的另一方面,不管正极和负极电流端子的排列如何,该种蓄电池组配备有能适合于任何机车的接线端子。
按照本发明,其盖子具有可通过四个成对电气连接一起的接线端子。这种联接最好可通过盖子下面的两个搭接条来达到。这些端子最好位于接近盖子四角的位置,盖子上每个短边侧的两个相邻端子的极性是相同的。
因此,不管蓄电池组的放置位置如何,都可随便地在蓄电池组的一侧或另一侧进行正极或负极的接线。
按照本发明的另一方面,其盖子具有两个固定在外的提手,它们被用铰链固定在其对称位置的中心部位。这两个提手可在两个最末端的位置间绕着盖子上的支枢点转动,这两个最末端的位置,一个是停止位置,一个是上举动作的末端位置;停止位置可使提手被摺回到盖子的同一平面上并划定一个位于接线端子上面的上部支承台架;上举动作的末端位置就是在这个位置上,该二提手可被置成平行而接近垂直于盖子。
该二提手最好呈C字形,并在其侧脚的末端用铰链固定在盖子上。对此,该盖子在外部有两个各与盖子的相邻长边平行的侧壁或凸缘。在这两个凸缘上,沿着两根互相平行的轴线用铰链将各提手的末端装固到盖子上。
从下文参考附图的说明中可更加容易明了上述特征和优点;在这些附图中已以非限定性的例子示出一个可能的实施方案。

图5是按照本发明构成的蓄电池组的透视图,其中一个提手是在工作时的位置,一个提手是在储藏时的位置。
正如这些图中所示,该蓄电池组包括外壳1,它具有长方的正棱柱体形,在其上部由盖子2盖住。
按照本发明,这个盖子具有标号3、4、5和6表示的四个通过它的端子,它们位于靠近盖子2的各个角上。
这些端子的每一个位于不同的侧面,端子3和4在一边,而端子5和6在另一边每对端子被用一个连接条或搭接条7电气地连接在一起,该导电片或短路片是用与蓄电池极板的板栅相同的材料或合金制成的;这些端子对中的一对被接到正极板栅而另一对被接到负极板板栅。因此,在蓄电池组的两侧都有两个端子,端子3和4在一侧而端子5和6在其相对的另一侧,它们的每一对的两个端子都是同样极性的;因而不管安装蓄电池组的机车的正和负电流接线位置如何,该蓄电池组可适应任何位置。
图3和图4表示用连接条或搭接条7连接在一起的两个相同极性的端子,该连接条或搭接条位于蓄电池组的盖子2下面。
从蓄电池组的盖子2向外凸出两个侧壁或凸缘8,各位于平行于并邻近于盖子2的一个长边。在这两个侧壁或凸缘上用铰链装上两个相同的C字形提手9,并在其侧脚10的末端利用枢轴11作为轴销连到侧壁8。每个提手上连固在侧脚末端的两个枢轴是与用两提手的枢轴所划定的两条互相平行,并与盖子2平行的轴线是对齐的。
在这种结构中,提手9可置于摺回到盖子2的位置,在该位置(即它们在图1和2所示的位置)上,同时形成一个台架或上支承面12(见图2),该支承面位于接线端子的上面,为此,同时可用作保护零件并可允许蓄电池组可互相层叠起来。因此之故,提手9有一个最低的支承位置;在此位置时,它们是在同一个平面位置上,如图2所示。只要举起提手9,它们可占有一个大体上与盖子2平行而垂直的位置,以便可用作提运蓄电池组的提手。
本发明的蓄电池组也可配备一个光或电子检测器13,以便始终显示蓄电池组的电荷情况和电解液面。
Claims (4)
1、一种蓄电池组包括一个外壳,该外壳具有一般的正棱柱体形,在其上部被一个有接线端子通过的盖子封住,该外壳内部再分成二个或更多的电池单元,在各电池单元内坐落着正、负相间的电极和中间隔板,其特征在于:盖子(2)具有四个通过那里的接线端子(3、4、5、6),它们被用搭接条或连接条(7)成对地电气连接在一起;其特征还在于该盖子(2)外面包括两个可用枢轴装在中央部分的对称位置上的提手(9),该提手(9)可在两个末端位置之间绕枢轴转动,一个末端位置是提手被摺回到盖子(2)而与之在同一平面上,并形成一个位于接线端子上面的上支承台架的停止位置;一个末端位置是两个提手是在平行而接近垂直于盖子(2)的上部工作位置。
2、根据权利要求1的蓄电池组,特征在于所述接线端子(3、4、5、6)是位于靠近盖子(2)的各角的,邻近于盖子短边的每两个相邻端子(3、4、5、6)的极性是相同的。
3、根据权利要求1的蓄电池组,特征在于其盖子(2)向外装有两个侧壁或凸缘(8)各与该盖子(2)的邻近长边相平行,而该提手(9)被像铰链那样地装在该侧壁(8)上。
4、根据权利要求1和3的蓄电池组,特征在于其提手(9)是C字形的,并被用铰链通过提手的侧脚(10)的末端,沿着两根互相平行的轴线连固到该侧壁或凸缘(8),而装固到盖子(2)上。
