Abstract
一种中碳空冷贝氏体钢,采用锰,硼为主要合金元素。热加工后,空冷硬度可大于HRc50。经回火获得有良好强韧性配合的贝氏体/马氏体复相组织。σ0.2≥120kg/mm2,σb≥130kg/mm2。可免除淬火工序,节省能源,降低成本。本发明钢种可用来制造弹簧等,其性能达到或超过60Si2Mn钢。
Description
本发明属低合金结构钢。
中碳贝氏体/马氏体复相组织具有良好的强韧性配合。通常工程上获得中碳贝氏体/马氏体复相组织都采用等温处理。五十年代末Irvine和Pichering提出了Mo-B及W-B系贝氏体钢。这些钢种不用等温处理,空冷可获得贝氏体组织。但Mo,W价昂,大量应用受到限制。
本发明的目的是研制一种中碳空冷贝氏体/马氏体复相组织的钢种。
本发明采用Mn、B为主要合金元素,来获得空冷贝氏体/马氏体复相组织,其成分可为:
1.C0.31~0.46%;Si0.5~1.5%;Mn2.1~3.4%;B0.0005~0.005%;余为Fe(重量%)
2.本钢种的较佳成分可为:
C0.31~0.46%;Si0.5~1.5%;Mn2.6~3.2%;B0.0005~0.005%;余为Fe(重量%)
3.在上述成分基础上加入一种或二种以上下列元素:
W≤1.5%;Mo≤1%;Cr≤1.5%;V≤0.15%。(重量%)
本发明钢种可用电炉按常规冶炼工艺冶炼,注锭,经加热到1200℃,锻轧成材后缓冷。经热加工,空冷及回火,其性能可达到σ0.2≥120kg/mm2,σb≥130kg/mm2。
用本发明钢种代替60Si2Mn钢来制造弹簧等,可免除淬火工序,节省能源降低成本。本钢种用于工程上有明显经济效益。

1、一种中碳空冷贝氏体钢,其特征在于以锰、硼作为主要合金元素,其成分为:
C0.31~0.46%;Si0.5~1.5%;Mn2.6~3.2%;B0.0005~0.005%;余为Fe。(重量%)
2、按权利要求1所述的钢,其特征在于加入一种或二种以上下列元素:W≤1.5%;Mo≤1%;Cr≤1.5%;V≤0.15%。(重量%)
