Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于天线及类似装备的塔组合件,尤其直接是轻质的塔,在某些情况下,它可以以可携带的形式被手提及竖起。
过去多年来,已有无数个塔式结构被充份供应在这技术领域中,用以安装天线及类似的装备,并要求对风及其他环境因素有结构性强度及抵抗能力。管形塔腿被焊接起来使用,并另外附有凸片或类似元件以连接支柱及其他支撑元件,由于在焊接处的本身已有弱点,令它屈服于弯曲,生锈及其他磨损因数,尤其是互相依靠成尖塔形以达到要求高度的那些部份,它们更带来稳定性的问题,并一般需要很多拉缆。另外,通常都需要大量不同部份以建成该组件,包括一些相对笨重并有时昂贵及复杂的部份。
本发明的目的亦因此是通过新颖突出的设计及组件的形状,提供一种用于天线及类似物体的新的及改良的塔式组件,其克服先有结构中上述及其他缺点,并相反地容许使用最小数目的不同部件(如要求的话,只是二至三种),并可保证轻质(甚至是手提的)的结构。
另一个目的是提供一个新颖的塔式组件并作更广泛的使用。
其他及进一步的目的会在以后解释,并在附带的权利要求中更详细地描绘。
从本发明的一个重要方面总结,本发明包括一个轻质的天线塔式结构组合件,结合地有三个实质上相同的管形腿,每条腿包括一空心伸长的铝管,并主要有一双径向伸展的叶片对着一个实质上从锐角延伸至钝角的角,该叶片沿着平行于管的纵向轴线地在管的外表面之外纵向伸展,管则安装在一等边三角形的角落,而叶片则面向三角形之内;接受螺栓的开口位于沿所述每一块叶片纵向的预选间隔处;多个实质上相同的伸延铝杆,并在其末端制成扁平及提供接受螺栓的开孔;以及将每条杆的扁平末端及邻近的管的相应叶片,穿过在扁平末端及叶片上对准的开孔而栓接的装置,以提供一间断性结构连接及梯架组件。较佳的细节及最佳实施例将在以后描述。

根据本发明,伸长的铝或类似的轻质空心管1会被使用,并附有主要伸出的一双径向伸展的叶片2,其对着一个实质上从锐角伸延至钝角的角θ,该叶传在管的外表面之外纵向伸出,并与管的纵向(如显示般组装是垂直的)轴线平行。该三条管1及叶片2构成第一批多个相同部份,作为塔的腿并安排在一个等边三角形的角(为了结构强度),而该双叶片2则面向三角形的里面。如图1所示,最左的管形腿1的右手边(较下)的叶片2及最右的管形腿1的左手边(较下)的叶片2均位于三角形的底边;而左手边管形腿1的左手边(较上)的叶片2及最上的腿1的左手边的叶片2则位于三角形左边的边上,至于最上的腿1的右手边的叶片2及右手边的腿1的右手边(较上)的叶片,则确定了所余的三角形边。腿1可以形成塔的底部,比如,其底端则沉于地下。
将腿件组装成一坚固结构,要使用第二批多个相同轻质支撑元件3,它们每一个都是铝或类似的伸长的板条,并在末端3′制成扁平,从而使扁平末端如图2所示可以由穿过分别在扁平末端3′及间断的纵向间隔的沿着叶片2上对准的开孔3″及2′的螺栓5,组装在叶片2的外平面。如图1所示,当支撑杆3在间断的间隔内水平连接后,支撑杆更可以作为一道爬上塔组件的梯架。又如果要求进一步的联结,拉紧条可以如图3所示的在对角方向上。
利用管形或其他插入件7在底组1-2的顶端及图3的第二组10-12的底端之内,并在7′处栓接,使有效地将更多部份1-2-3加在一起,将相同的固定起来。
在伸长期间,纵向槽形的凹进部份2″可以提供在向内的叶片的自由端的外表面,以接受一弹性板材的薄夹片8,它可以夹越叶片2对着的角(在图1中显示在最左的管形腿1),并围绕着在其中的空间以限制给由塔带着的天线(没有显示)的同轴电缆或其他传送缆6。
一个成功用于通讯型天线的此类塔架已建成,它是由0.093英寸厚的伸长铝管,其外径1.25英寸并长达10英尺。而主要的伸出叶片则为0.155英寸厚及径向伸出长度1英寸,对着一个角θ为60度。该夹片为弹性铜片。
通过这个突出的设计及本发明的建造,只需要最小数目的相同轻质件,腿1(需要三个),水平元件3,及对角支撑件30。提供便于手提及组装工序,并将一组组的部份节节加升至要求的塔高及在顶处安装天线或类似的装备。更发现,一个十英尺高的塔的所有部份可以包装在一硬纸板或类似的管中,其内径只有四又二分之一英寸,而长度为十英尺半,这样便大大减低运输及处理的费用。根据本发明建造的一百英尺高的塔可以拆散放在一个10英寸×25英寸×10英尺半的容器中来运输。
进一步的改进会发生在那些熟习此介绍的人中,而这些是会被认为在由附带的权利要求中确定的本发明的领域及精神之内的。
Claims (6)
1、一个轻质天线塔结构组合件,结合地有三个实质上相同的管形腿,每个包括一空心伸长的铝管,有一双整体径向伸出的叶片对着一个实质上由锐角至钝角的角,并平行于管的纵向轴线地沿着管的外表面之外纵向伸展,而管则安装在一等边三角形的角和叶片面向三角形之内,接受螺栓的开孔位于沿着每一所述叶片纵向预选的间隔处,多个实质上相同的突出的铝杆,每一条的末端被制成扁平,并设有接受螺栓的开孔,及通过对准在扁平末端及叶片上的开孔,用以栓接每一杆的扁平末端及相应邻近的管的叶片的装置,以提供一间断的结构连接及梯架组件。
2、如权利要求1所要求的一个轻质天线塔结构,其特征在于,至少在其所述的一双叶片上提供凹槽接受一对着该角的夹片,以限制天线的电缆。
3、如权利要求1所要求的一个轻质天线塔结构,其特征为所述的长条,部份是水平方向的,而其他的是对角的。
4、如权利要求1所要求的一个轻质天线塔结构,其特征在于,第二批相同的多个管形腿及多个支撑杆是组装在首个指定的腿的顶端,通过在首个指定的腿的顶端之内及在第二个腿的下端之内的连接装置将它们牢固地连在一起。
5、一个轻质天线塔结构组件,结合地有三个实质上相同的管形腿,每个包括一空心伸长的管,管上主要附有多双径向伸展的叶片,其对着一个实质上是从锐角至钝角的角,叶片并平行于管的纵向轴线地沿着管的外表面之外纵向伸展,而那些管则安装于一个等边三角形的角,多个实质上相同的伸长支撑杆,并在其末端制平,和将每一支撑杆的扁平末端固定的装置,在两端之间的支撑杆间断地在纵向的间隔上伸延,以提供一间断性结构连接组件。
6、如权利要求5所要求的轻质天线塔结构,其特征在于,至少要一双所述的叶片提供将夹片安装在它们之间的装置,而且对着该角以限制天线的电缆。
