Abstract
内燃机的活塞,具有活塞头和整体式或两件式的活塞体(2),活塞头经至少两个支承面坐在活塞体上,活塞体具有销座以装入活塞销,销与连杆的末端刚性连接,销座靠活塞头一侧的承载壁有连续的承载面。活塞上连结承载壁和支承面的部分至少有两个截锥形的薄支撑间壁,这些间壁的剖面中心线是直线,每一支撑间壁分别支撑一个独立的活塞头支承面,由此降低了活塞的重量。
Description
本发明涉及的是一种用于内燃机的特殊结构活塞,它由活塞头和活塞体组成,活塞体或者采用单件整体结构或者采用两件组合结构。活塞体上具有轴承,可装入铰接部件,例如活塞销或球型铰链。铰接部件与连杆的端部刚性连结。
内燃机所用活塞的活塞体通常用轻合金金属制成,当燃烧压力达到非常高的值,例如达到200巴或更高时,活塞销座部分的承载壁上应力变得很大,超过轻合金金属的承受限度,依此情况,就有必要使用更高强度的金属材料来制作活塞体,例如使用铸铁,如果保持活塞的结构不变,则铸铁活塞体的重量将过大,并且热应力也过高。
按照已知的方法,可以进行一些初步的改进,这包括给活塞安上明确地分立于活塞体的导向裙部,这样可使用不同于活塞体的材料来制作裙部,这也就可使活塞裙部具有特殊的性能,比如有低摩擦系数和较轻的重量,这种方法可以改进活塞的机械性能,但并不能使活塞体的重量减到像完全用轻合金金属制作时那样轻。
另一种改进活塞结构的已有技术,如西德专利1081289的文件所述,其中活塞的结构组成是这样的,活塞头伸入整体的裙部里,活塞体为单件整体,在活塞体上具有活塞销座,可容纳铰链部件,而该部件与连杆端部成刚性连接,活塞体上的销座靠活塞头的一侧具有连续的承载表面。活塞体中形成了一个把来自活塞头的机械应力传递和分布到活塞销部件上去的单元,这个结构单元是单层的薄壁,它在沿着活塞头支承面的截面上成圆形,而在沿着活塞销部件的横截面上则是平的。具有这样结构的单层支承壁或间壁,使活塞头的几何平衡不充分因而不能承受高的燃气压力。此外,该结构单元中支承活塞销轴颈处的加强筋板易于引起大的应力,而且该活塞体的形状不能接装较轻材料制成的分立式活塞裙部。
本发明的目的是提供一种用高强度材料,例如铸铁制成的活塞,它有能力承受非常高的燃烧压力,而重量与轻型材料制成的活塞基本相同。通过对活塞体的结构进行的精心设计,已经使得活塞体的重量减轻,并且已使其活塞销座部分易引起应力集中的缺陷减少到有限程度,使轴颈支承部分与铰链连接部件之间的单位压力分布均匀,从而使本发明的目的得以实现。
按照本发明,该活塞具有活塞头,经由致少两个交错开的环支承面落座在活塞体上,活塞体上连接活塞销座孔壁和活塞头支承面的部分致少形成两个薄的支撑间壁,支撑间壁基本上是截锥形的,并且有直的中心线,每一支承间壁分别支撑一独立的活塞头落座支承面。
按本发明制作的活塞最好进一步显示出下述设计特点之一:
-对于任何给定的活塞径向截面,活塞体上各支撑间壁中心线的交点位于活塞销座孔承载面外,活塞销所在的部分。
-支撑间壁中心线与活塞销座孔承载面的交点决定该承载面上这些交点之间连续曲线或弧段长度,这些曲线孤段长度的最大值与最小值的比例小于或等于十比一。
-该活塞体结构中有一个环形的支撑间壁使活塞体上的各支承表面相互连结,该支承间壁一方面与活塞体上截锥形的其他支撑间壁以及活塞销座壁结合构成一个环形的腔室,另一方面与活塞头共同构成另外一个环形腔室。这些腔室是活塞冷却系统的一部分,而且经由适当的连通小孔,腔室之间相互沟通,起冷却作用的润滑油液可以流过。
通过参考以下附图和阅读以下对于合适的实施方案的描叙,本发明将更易于理解。
图1是按本发明所制作的活塞的径向剖视图,从该图中可见,活塞通过活塞销轴与连杆铰接,活塞销装在连杆末端。
图2是按照图1里中心线Ⅱ剖切而取的剖视图,在该图中,连杆和铰接用的活塞销轴省略掉了。
图3是按照图2中Ⅲ-Ⅲ线剖切所取的活塞横截面俯向剖视图。
图1示出按本发明制作的活塞,包括有活塞头1和活塞体2,采用活塞销轴10把活塞体铰合联接在连杆3上。
活塞头1通过两个圆环形的支承面4,5落座在活塞体2上,使活塞头和活塞体之间结合牢固的方法基本上是已知的,但该方法没有特别出示在图上。
观察图1可见,活塞体2有一个分立的裙部2A,但是,所述的活塞体和裙部也可以制为一体。
活塞体2上包括有装活塞销的销座6,该销座包括靠近活塞头的承载壁7,该承载壁建立起一个横过活塞体全部宽度的连续的半轴承分体,还包括靠近连杆并分别布置在连杆两侧的另外两个半轴承分体9,由于图1所示情况为活塞的一个剖面,故靠近连杆的两个半轴承分体只能看到一个,然而,在图2中,这两个半轴承分体都可以看到。从图2中还可以看到,承载壁7建立起了一个横过活塞体全部宽度的连续的半圆承载面8。
销座6中插入活塞销10,该销与连杆3的末端连结,连结方法图中末示。在销座6和活塞销10之间,显然可以附加轴承衬层。
承载壁7通过截锥形状的薄支撑间壁11,12分别与圆环形的支承面4,5会合。这些薄支撑间壁的厚度,截面和轮廓形状无需固定不变,在各个不同的水平方向截面里,它们都是变化的。图3则是这些薄支撑间壁形状最好的表示。
活塞头落座支承面4,5由环形支撑间壁19连结起来,支撑间壁19也把支撑间壁11和12的顶部连结起来,这样,支撑间壁19对于加强活塞体的结构起了很好的积极作用。
支撑间壁19与其他的支撑间壁11和12以及承载壁7一起建立起环形腔室20,并且与活塞头1一起建立起环形腔室27。
在活塞结构里,用于润滑和冷却的润滑油循环系统中有一个润滑油进口孔26,润滑油经由连杆穿过该孔升入活塞。在承载壁7上的承载面8的部分区域内,设有一油槽25,如果使用其他轴承也一样。此外,还有两条小油槽33也设在承载壁7上的承载面8的部分区域内,其大部分在图2中可以看到。两条竖直的油道24通入腔室27,沿圆周分布的许多油道23把环形腔室27与中央腔室32联通起来,油道22又把所述的中央腔室32与环形腔室20联通,最后,油道21把环形腔室20与活塞裙部2A的内侧联通,使润滑油经此流落回到曲轴箱。
支撑间壁11和12的径向剖面的中心线的几何交点,也即线14和15,13和16的几何交点位于活塞销10的上半边,即活塞销靠向承载壁7和承载面8的半边上。
图2示出支撑间壁11和12的另一个截面上的几条中心线,也即14A和15A,13A和16A,这些中心线的交点17A和18A也是位于活塞销10靠向承载壁7和承载面8的半边上,总之,对于任何的活塞径向截面,换句话说,对于任何位于图1所示截面和图2所示截面之间的活塞截面,支撑间壁中心线之间形成的交点都位于活塞销靠向承载壁7的半边上。
利用支撑间壁中心线13,14,15,16与承载壁7上的承载面8的交点28,29,30,31,可以决定出轴承界面上各条连续曲线或弧段28-29,29-30,30-31的长度,最短曲线段的长度与最长曲线段的长度的比值不少于一比十,合适的情况应该是这些曲线弧段的长度能够基本上相等,从而使得在承载界面8上,点28到31之间应力分布达到最佳情况。
Claims (6)
1、一种特别用于内燃机的活塞,由活塞头和活塞体组成,活塞体上具有活塞销座部分以装入活塞销铰接部件,该部件与连杆的端部刚性连结,活塞体上的销座部分在靠向活塞头的那边形成的承载壁带有连续的承载表面,在该活塞中,活塞头致少通过两个圆环形的支承表面落座在活塞体上,活塞体上连接承载壁和支承表面的部分致少形成两个薄的支撑间壁,支撑间壁的外轮廓为截锥形,支撑间壁径向剖面具有直的中心线,每一支撑间壁分别支撑一个落座活塞头的支承面。
2、如权利要求1所述活塞,特点在于,对于活塞的任何给定径向截面,各支撑间壁中心线的交点位于活塞销铰接部件的上半部分,即活塞销铰接部件靠向活塞销座承载面的那半部分。
3、如权利要求1所述活塞,特点在于支撑间壁剖面的中心线与承载壁面的交点决定承载壁面上各段连续曲线或弧段长度,其中最小曲线弧段长度与最大曲线孤段长度的比值大于或等于一比十。
4、如权利要求1所述活塞,特点在于具有一个环形的支撑间壁,该支撑间壁把活塞体上的活塞头落座支承面连结在一起。
5、如权利要求4所述活塞,特点在于该环形支撑间壁一方面与截锥形支撑间壁以及承载壁联合构成一个环形腔室,另一方面则与活塞,头联合构成另一个环形腔室,这两个腔室成为活塞冷却系统的一部分,并经由适当的孔互相沟通,使起冷却作用的润滑油通过。
6、装用按照权利要求1到5任何一项所述活塞的内燃发动机。
