Abstract
本发明涉及三种用于不易钎焊金属表面预处理的刷镀液,即碱性铜、特殊镍和快速镍溶液。使用这三种刷镀液刷镀的镀层结合强度好,耐高温。本发明多用于铸铁或铸铝的钎焊,也可用于异种金属的钎焊,甚至可用于陶瓷件的钎焊。
Description
本发明涉及三种用于不易钎焊金属表面预处理的刷镀液。
目前,国内外都在寻求解决不易钎焊金属的钎焊方法,方法之一是在不易钎焊金属表面刷镀一层易钎焊镀层,然后用钎焊连接异种材料。美国专利4270986提出了在铝上预刷镀一层0.00076~0.00127mm厚的镍,然后用软钎焊的方法修复铝制汽车散热器和铝制热交换器。这是一种设备简单,经济实用的方法。但是采用该专利提供的刷镀液刷镀的镀层表面残余应力为正值(即拉应力),在镀层表面钎焊加热时,会导致镀层开裂、剥离,因而不宜用于有耐高温要求零件的钎焊,也不能硬钎焊。国内中国人民解放军第7425工厂研制的铜刷镀液和铁道部戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所研制的镍刷镀液,它们共同的问题是用它们研制的刷镀液刷镀的镀层表面残余应力值在正负之间,而且范围较大,说明既有拉应力,也有压应力,而且不稳定。
本发明的任务就是要提供三种刷镀液,用这三种刷镀液刷镀的镀层,结合强度好,且耐高温。
下面结合刷镀的工艺过程,对本发明作进一步描述。
2.电化学除油:用碱性水溶液通电涂刷工件表面,工件接负极,刷镀笔接正极。碱性水溶液以氢氧化钠的水溶液为最好,其中至少含一种碳酸盐,这种碳酸盐以碳酸钠为最好。
碱性水溶液的最佳配方为:
氢氧化钠 60g/l
碳酸钠 40g/l
PH>14 呈无色透明
3.电化学活化工件表面:用酸性水溶液退除工件的氧化膜及影响镀层结合力的杂质(如游离石墨等)。此时工件可接负极,也可接正极,视基本材料而定。酸性水溶液以盐酸水溶液为最好,其中至少含一种氯化物,这种氯化物以氯化钠为最好。
酸性水溶液的最佳配方为:
盐酸(浓) 42ml/l
氯化钠 150g/l
甲基红(0.1%) 5-8滴/l
如果基体材料是铸铁,还需再用第二种酸性水溶液处理,以酒石酸钠水溶液为最好,其中至少含一种有机酸,这种有机酸以冰醋酸为最好。
这种酸性水溶液的最佳配方为:
酒石酸钠 150-200g/l
冰醋酸 10ml/l
次甲基蓝(0.4%) 3-5滴/l
PH=3.8-4.2 呈淡蓝色
4.刷镀易钎焊金属:用镀笔在待焊部位作相对接触运动,此时镀笔(接正极)包套里的电镀溶液中的金属离子在电场力作用下,沉积到作为负极的工件上,随着时间的推移镀层增厚,一般镀层的厚度为1-150μm,最好为10μm。
如刷镀铜,电镀溶液最好是碱性铜,其成份如下:
硫酸铜 250g/l
乙二胺(70%) 250g/l
氨三乙酸 150g/l
硝酸铵 50g/l
硫酸钠 20g/l
PH=7-8,呈紫蓝色
如刷镀镍,电镀溶液最好用特殊镍刷镀溶液或快速镍刷镀溶液。
特殊镍刷镀溶液的成份是:
硫酸镍(六结晶水) 330g/l
氨基乙酸 20g/l
冰醋酸 30ml/l
用1∶1盐酸调节PH=0.8-1,呈深绿色
快速镍刷镀液的成份是:
硫酸镍(六结晶水) 265g/l
柠檬酸铵 100g/l
醋酸铵 30g/l
用浓氨水调节PH=7.2-7.5呈蓝绿色
5.钎焊连接工件:此时需根据工件对连接强度的要求,选用相应的钎料和钎剂,将工件连接起来。
本发明通常可用于铸铁和铸铝的钎焊,也可用于其他钎焊性能不好的金属材料的钎焊,如钛、钼、钽、铌、钨、不锈钢和高温合金等。
本发明不仅可用于同种金属的钎焊,也可用于异种金属的钎焊,通常用于航空工业,如铝-钛、铝-锆、铝-钽、铝-钨、铝-钼、铝-铜、铝-银、铝-镉和铝-铅等的钎焊。本发明还可用于陶瓷的钎焊,瓷件经过金属化烧结上钼或钨,由于一般钎焊对金属化层润湿性差,故需刷镀上一层镍,然后再行钎焊。
采用本发明解决了不易钎焊金属的钎焊问题,而且操作简单,不受工件大小、场地、设备和工人技术水平限制。刷镀层的残余应力均为负值,因而结合强度好,一大于24kgf/mm2。另刷镀层能耐高温,可在镀层上进行硬钎焊,提高钎焊接头的强度。
实施例一:
用于解放CA-10B型汽车发动机缸体(灰口铸铁)水套冻裂的修复。其实施步骤如下:用碱水清洗,沿裂缝开坡口,打磨修整坡口。经电解除油,电化学活化后,刷镀上一层10μm快速镍镀层,然后用HL55锡铅焊料钎焊,填补裂缝。
实施例二:
用于机床床身导轨面划伤的修复。其实施步骤如下:修整划伤部位,使划痕凹坑园滑过渡。用丙酮等清洗除油,电解除油和电化学活化后刷镀上一层10μm厚的快速镍镀层。然后钎焊填凹坑,刮平后刷镀一层快速镍罩面,刮研修平即可。
Claims (3)
1、一种成分为硫酸铜、乙二胺(70%)、氨三乙酸、硝酸铵和硫酸钠的刷镀液,其特征是硫酸铜的含量为250g/l,乙二胺(70%)的含量为250g/l,氨三乙酸的含量为150g/l,硝酸铵的含量为50g/l,硫酸钠的含量20g/l,PH值为7~8,呈紫蓝色。
2、一种成分为硫酸镍(六结晶水),氨基乙酸和冰醋酸的刷镀液,其特征是硫酸镍(六结晶水)的含量为330g/l,氨基乙酸的含量为20g/l,冰醋酸的含量为30ml/l,PH值为0.8~1,呈深绿色。
3、一种成分为硫酸镍(六结晶水),柠檬酸铵和醋酸铵的刷镀液,其特征是硫酸镍(六结晶水)的含量为265g/l,柠檬酸铵的含量为100g/l,醋酸铵的含量为30g/l,PH值为7.2~7.5,呈蓝绿色。
