Description

减少燃烧设备中有害物质放射的方法
本发明是关于在煤燃烧时,尤其是烟煤,减少有害物质放射的,特别是脱硫的方法,这种煤以煤/水-悬浮液经较长的距离用管道输送到燃烧装置,例如送到发电厂。
磨细的煤以煤/水-悬浮液的形式,由储煤站经较长的距离(例如440公里),输送到用煤中心已是公知的。在发电厂燃烧设备中,在以煤粉的形式燃烧以前,需要很大的化费,才能最大限度的去掉悬浮液的水组份(例如费斯特:煤悬浮液系统-一种可行的输送选择,OIM会刊,1982,12月,71~76页)。
此外例如由世界知识产权组织国际局83/00500公布了一种高度浓缩的煤/水-悬浮液(煤组份为60-80重量百分比)形式的煤燃料,该燃料适于燃烧设备喷咀的直接燃烧。虽然这样一种悬浮液可以用泵输送,但其粘度高是管道输送的一种技术障碍。这个问题在所提到的说明书中没有详细论述。
为了减少煤燃烧时产生的有害物质放射毕竞已经公开了很多的方法和设备。许多的努力主要是集中在减少SO2和NOX的含量上。最多的建议是关于煤燃烧以后对烟气的净化。但与有害物质,例如硫,结合的添加物,在燃烧时已经加入进去也是已知的。这种方法可将添加物直接加入到燃料中。但在这当中,通过可预料到的燃烧高温,加入的添加物的一部分会被“烧死”。
因此为了降低硫的放射,在西德公开说明书3106580中建议了另一种添加物加入的可能性,这种可能性是,加入到燃烧室的添加物借助于载体流生成一种包围着喷咀火焰的一层烟雾。在这种混合区中,燃烧已进行到如此程度,火焰温度已降低到如此程度,即添加物与烟气的混合能在对反应最适宜的温度范围内进行。但借用一种载体介质加入添加物,需要很高的设备费用。同样地关于煤/水-悬浮液的燃烧情况,在这篇说明书中也没有叙述到。
因而本发明的任务是给出一种方法,该法在尽可能少耗费的情况下,在燃烧含硫煤时,特别是烟煤,能导致降低有害物质的放射。
将煤至少以具有55重量百分比的煤组份的煤/水-悬浮液的形式输送到燃烧设备的喷咀,可以达到使这种悬浮液直接燃烧的目的,而不需要事先分离出水组份。就水份含量而言,明显的导致降低燃烧时产生的,与干煤粉燃烧相比的,高峰温度。因此基本上限制了氮的氧化物的产生,此外通过降低的燃烧温度和类似液体的悬浮液雾化创造了条件,使在硫氧化燃烧时,通过加入到悬浮液中的添加物,能够进行化学结合,因此在烟气中还剩下的SO2的含量有很大减少。
在进一步完善发明中,可将已磨成粒度小于90μm的石灰石(CaCO3),或氢氧化钙(Ca(OH)2)作为添加物加进去。
作为添加物也可使用具有特殊优点的钙盐,也就是说,特别是能导致煤悬浮液粘度降低的那样的钙盐(木素磺酸钙),或者那些降低钢管道腐蚀的盐类。这意味着:这些添加物不仅在燃烧时对有关的有害物放射有作用,而且对管道输送也会带来好处。其前提是,至少在管道输送时,当然有利的是在输送前,将添加物加进去。例如在后一种情况,可以在制备悬浮液磨煤的时候加进去,在这当中后来的一种专用混合机械甚至也是多余的。自然在刚进喷咀以前才加进添加物也是可能的。这种至少具有55重量百分比煤组份的悬浮液浓度不是非得在管道输送时就已经这么高,也可以先输送低浓度的粗颗粒煤,在燃烧前再补加一道加工,将煤磨的更细,同时从悬浮液中去掉一部分水。
为了能发挥单一的与硫结合的物质组合的不同优点,将这些物质的相应混合物作为添加物加到悬浮液中。最后尚需指出,为了有效的降低有害物质,加入添加物的数量,应是使硫含量按纯粹化学当量完全结合数量的二倍。在燃烧过程中生成的灰分的质量或存放性能,通过加入的添加物不会受到损害。

Claims (5)

1、含硫煤,特别是烟煤,以煤/水悬浮液形式经长距离管道输送到燃烧设备,在燃烧时减少有害物质放射的方法,特别是脱硫,其特征在于,在管道输送开始时,煤水-悬浮液中煤的浓度(重量)至少已达55%,并与和硫结合的添加物一起以纯化学计量(与煤中硫完全结合的量)的2倍量进行混合,与硫结合的添加物含有粒度小于90微米的石灰石。
2、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,石灰石与原煤一起在一湿磨机中破碎成必要的颗粒度。
3、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,加入一种含氢氧化钙(Ca(OH)2)的添加物。
4、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,加入一种添加物,该物含有一种可降低悬浮液粘度的钙盐。
5、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,加入一种添加物,该物含有一种在输送钢管中减少腐蚀的钙盐。
