一种生产碳纤维的立式碳化设备及清除焦油气体装置,其加热内室上部设置的焦油气体出气口与气体焦油回收管道一端贯通式镶嵌连接,气体回收管道另一端与超声波气体焦油净化设备进气口贯通式连接,送气管道一端与超声波气体焦油净化设备出气口贯通式连接,送气管道另一端与加热内室进气口贯通式连接,连接方式均采用管头接盘、防渗漏气压垫、螺丝杆、帽、拧紧封闭不漏气式连接。立式或斜立式碳化设备加热内室均有利于气体焦油被抽走和无焦油气体补充的循环空间,使气体焦油产生不会在加温区室内大量停留而影响产品质量,而用于生产的保护性气体和热量也基本不会造成损失,以此实现完全稳定的连续化生产效果目的。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种生产碳纤维的立式碳化设备及清除焦油气体装置。
背景技术  生产碳纤维设备在碳化过程中其碳化设备是一个核心技术之一,关系到碳纤维的连续化生产和产品质量的重要因素,在碳化过程中所产生的大量焦油气体会导致碳纤维被烧断及硬化没有强度,不能连续生产和不能形成产业能力等,其主要原因是设备与生产工艺流程所要求很难统一的焦油气体排除的技术问题,我国传统生产碳纤维的卧式碳化设备基本很难彻底改变焦油被彻底清除的技术难题,在传统卧式加温区室内无论采用任何清除焦油气体方式,均无法完整地保护好生产中的产品,而清除生产中所产生的大量气体焦油,也只有采用抽走气体焦油同时加入空气进行补充,而在抽走焦油的同时也造成了大量用于生产的保护气体和热量被抽走,造成了设备室内进入氧气和极大的浪费,直接影响了正常生产或因此不能生产。
发明内容  本实用新型提供一种使生产中的保护气体不浪费、具有显著的节能功效及成倍提高产品数量、质量和经济效益的重要作用。由传统的卧式碳化设备彻底改变为生产碳纤维的立式碳化设备增加自动清除气体焦油装置。本实用新型主要包括有立式或斜立式碳化设备的加热内室(室壳体上附有耐火材料、加热体、保温层、金属框架、测温器、温控装置、电缆线及气体“封口”器等)、加热内室上部气体焦油出口、气体焦油回收管道、超声波气体焦油净化设备、送气管道、加热内室进气口组成。其加热内室上部设置的焦油气体出气口与气体焦油回收管道一端贯通式镶嵌连接,气体回收管道另一端与超声波气体焦油净化设备进气口贯通式连接,送气管道一端与超声波气体焦油净化设备出气口贯通式连接,送气管道另一端与加热内室进气口贯通式连接,连接方式均采用管头接盘、防渗漏气压垫、螺丝杆、帽、拧紧封闭不漏气式连接。
本实用新型的工作原理是:立式或斜立式加热内室内气体焦油、被超声波气体焦油净化设备抽气功能将加热内室内气体焦油经加热内室出气口、气体回收管道、超声波进气口抽进超声波气体焦油净化设备内,气体焦油进入超声波气体焦油净化设备后经过滤净化后,使油气分离,焦油被排出,被过滤净化后的无焦油气体沿超声波出气口经送气管道、加温内室进气口进入加温区室内,加热内室出气口的出气量与进气量呈1∶1比例,出气口所减少的焦油数量在进气口的进气数量上超声波送气时已给予补充,立式或斜立式碳化设备加热内室均有利于气体焦油被抽走和无焦油气体补充的循环空间,使气体焦油产生不会在加温区室内大量停留而影响产品质量,而用于生产的保护性气体和热量也基本不会造成损失。
本实用新型的各部件作用是:立式或斜立式碳化设备的加温区内室均有利于气体焦油被抽走和无焦油气体补充的循环空间,超声波气体焦油净化设备从加温区室内抽来的气体焦油过滤净化后将焦油排出、将无焦油气体重新输送进加温区室内。
本实用新型的使用范围:主要用于改变传统生产碳纤维碳化设备的又一新技术,可替代传统卧式生产碳纤维碳化设备,本实用新型,是将碳化设备改变成立式或斜立式,将生产中产生的气体焦油抽出后进行彻底分离,净化后的气体再送回加温区室内。采用此方法既节能、保温、又保护用于生产中的保护性气体不被浪费,生产碳纤维的立式碳化设备的自动清除焦油气体装置。
本实用新型优点:其特殊之处在于由传统的卧式改变为立式或斜立式。增设抽出焦油气体和送回气体为1∶1,零压差。将抽出来的焦油气体通过分离净化处理后再送回原处,始终处于循环状态。立式或斜立式碳化设备加热内室均有利于气体焦油被抽走和无焦油气体补充的循环空间,使气体焦油产生不会在加温区室内大量停留而影响产品质量,而用于生产的保护性气体和热量也基本不会造成损失,以此实现完全稳定的连续化生产效果目的。

具体实施方式  在图1所示的一种使生产中的保护气体不浪费、由传统的卧式碳化设备改变为生产碳纤维的立式碳化设备的自动清除气体焦油装置。其加热内室1上部设置的气体焦油出气口2与气体焦油回收管道3一端贯通式镶嵌连接,气体回收管道另一端与超声波气体焦油净化设备4进气口贯通式连接,送气管道一端5与超声波气体焦油净化分离设备出气口贯通式连接,送气管道另一端6与加热内室1进气口贯通式连接,连接方式均采用管头接盘、防渗漏气压垫、螺丝杆、帽、拧紧封闭不漏气式连接。
