本实用新型是关于对水处理用搅拌装置的改进,其特征是搅拌圆盘呈伞形,伞形表面弧线取自长短轴比为1.2-1.7∶1椭圆中1/4扇面内椭圆弧线,伞形圆盘高度与直径比为0.3-0.4,伞形表面相间设置有向上凸起的弧形推流筋条。较已有技术桨叶具有:可获得水平推流和上下翻滚两种混合搅拌效果,搅拌混合作用强,并且搅拌均匀、无死角,池容利用率高,搅拌功率消耗小,仅2-3瓦/m3,能耗低,电机在水面上,不仅提高了可靠性,延长了使用寿命,而且维修方便。

技术领域
实用新型是关于对水处理用搅拌装置的改进,尤其涉及一种低速搅拌混合装置。
背景技术
水处理工艺中经常需要进行液、液或液、固两相充分混合,这些混合通常较多采用搅拌装置实现。现有水处理用搅拌装置主要为桨叶式搅拌器,依靠桨叶旋转产生单一轴向推流进行两相混合。这种桨叶旋转单向推流搅拌,主要不足是:搅拌混和均匀性差,表现在近桨叶处流速高,混和能力强,离浆叶远端,流速低,混和能力差;其次,桨叶旋转搅拌易产生混合死角,死角存在,不仅易造成污泥沉淀,而且池容积利用率及处理效率均会降低;再就是,桨叶旋转搅拌,搅拌功率较高,以混合为例,一般需4-5瓦/m3,并且机电设备处于水下,故障率较高,水中杂物也易缠绕桨叶,影响搅拌效果,甚至损坏设备,检修维护也不方便。上述问题客观存在,但由于无更理想的搅拌装置,所以在水处理混合工艺中至今仍然使用桨叶旋转搅拌装置。
发明内容
实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足,提供一种搅拌流态好,无死角区,使用功率低,检修维护方便的水处理用搅拌圆盘。
实用新型水处理用搅拌圆盘,其特征在于所说搅拌圆盘呈伞形,伞形表面弧线取自长短轴比为1.2-1.7∶1椭圆中1/4扇面内椭圆弧线,伞形圆盘高度与直径比为0.3-0.4,伞形表面相间设置有向上凸起的弧形推流筋条。
实用新型所说搅拌圆盘表面向上凸起的推流筋条,根据搅拌水流试验数据,该弧形推流筋,弯曲弧半径较好与伞形高度大致相等;其凸起高度,试验认为凸起推流筋条在转盘外缘高度30-80mm,并向中心呈高度渐减,此结构有助于降低功率消耗,获得更佳的性能与功耗比;弧形推流筋,其迎水凸弧面较好为垂直平面,一种较好截面为采用为直角梯形。
为降低伞形搅拌圆盘重量,减少不必要的功率消耗,所说伞形搅拌圆盘,一种较好为制成如伞体那样的薄壁体,即伞形为中空薄壁体。
实用新型水处理用搅拌圆盘,由于采用伞形、特别是中空薄壁伞体及表面弧形推流筋结构,在水中旋转表面凸筋起水平并向外全向推流作用,而伞体表面弧形又可形成上下翻滚搅动作用,两者共同作用获得了很好的搅拌混合作用,并且搅拌量大、搅拌均匀、无死角、无沉淀,池容利用率高,搅拌功率消耗小,仅2-3瓦/m3,能耗抵,运行费用低,电机在水面上,不仅提高了可靠性,延长了使用寿命,而且维修方便,搅拌伞形圆盘,不会产生任何纤维缠绕,运行不需维护。可以用于各种液体与液体、液体与固体、液体与气体搅拌、混合,尤其适用于水处理工艺各种搅拌。
以下结合一个优化具体实施方式,进一步说明实用新型。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参见图1-3,采用玻璃钢制作中空伞体1,表面均布有八条凸起弧形推流凸筋2。伞体直径2500mm,表面曲线为长轴b3000mm,短轴a2000mm组成椭圆的1/4扇面弧线,表面推流凸筋半径850mm,与伞体高度相等,凸筋截面呈直角梯形,迎水面2.1为垂直面,外缘高度80mm、并向中心渐减至5mm。

1、水处理用搅拌圆盘,其特征在于所说搅拌圆盘呈伞形,伞形表面弧线取自长短轴比为1.2-1.7∶1椭圆中1/4扇面内椭圆弧线,伞形圆盘高度与直径比为0.3-0.4,伞形表面相间设置有向上凸起的弧形推流筋条。
2、根据权利要求1所述水处理用搅拌圆盘,其特征在于所说弧形推流筋条弯曲弧半径与伞形高度大致相等。
3、根据权利要求1所述水处理用搅拌圆盘,其特征在于所说伞形为中空薄壁体。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述水处理用搅拌圆盘,其特征在于所说弧形推流筋条在转盘外缘高度30-80mm,并向中心呈高度渐减。
5、根据权利要求4所述水处理用搅拌圆盘,其特征在于所说弧形推流筋条迎水凸弧面为垂直平面。
6、根据权利要求4所述水处理用搅拌圆盘,其特征在于所说弧形推流筋条截面为直角梯形。
