本实用新型公开了一种摩托车发动机的换挡变速毂,拨叉尾端套在变挡凸轮轴上,固定在拨叉尾端上的圆柱销插在变挡凸轮轴的导向凸轮槽中,在圆柱销处于正确的挡位,变挡凸轮轴上径向设置盲孔,盲孔中依次放入压缩弹簧、钢球,拨叉尾端径向设置一个与钢球对应的用于锁住挡位的孔。本实用新型能将位移换挡的拨叉锁紧在正确的挡位,提高正确换挡的可靠性。

本实用新型涉及一种摩托车的换挡执行机构,特别涉及一种摩托车发动机的换挡变速毂。
背景技术
目前,摩托车采用的国际挡(即1-0-2-3-4挡)发动机变速机构存在设计缺陷,导致在换挡过程中,经常出现从3挡直接进入空挡的现象,使正确换挡不能实现。导致该现象出现的原因是当变挡凸轮轴转动,变挡凸轮轴的导向凸轮槽推动圆柱销带动拨叉作轴向位移实现换挡的过程中,拨叉移动的速度过快,轴向位移过量进入空挡位所致,由此导致出现换挡时挡位不能到达准确位置,从而不能保证换挡的可靠性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种摩托车发动机的换挡变速毂,它能将位移换挡的拨叉锁紧在正确的挡位,提高正确换挡的可靠性。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的:拨叉尾端套在变挡凸轮轴上,固定在拨叉尾端上的圆柱销插在变挡凸轮轴的导向凸轮槽中,在圆柱销处于正确的挡位,变挡凸轮轴上径向设置盲孔,盲孔中依次放入压缩弹簧、钢球,拨叉尾端径向设置一个与钢球对应的用于锁住挡位的孔。
由于采用了上述方案,在圆柱销处于正确的挡位,变挡凸轮轴上径向设置盲孔,盲孔中依次放入压缩弹簧、钢球,拨叉尾端径向设置一个与钢球对应的用于锁住挡位的孔。采用该结构后,在换挡时,变挡凸轮轴转动,变挡凸轮轴的导向凸轮槽推动圆柱销带动拨叉作轴向位移的过程中,一旦圆柱销到达正确挡位的位置时,拨叉尾端径向设置的用于锁住挡位的孔与钢球对应,钢球在压缩弹簧的弹力作用下局部进入拨叉尾端的用于锁住挡位的孔中将拨叉锁紧,避免拨叉跨挡位位移,由此实现准确换挡,从而保证换挡的可靠性。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本换挡变速毂的拨叉4尾端套在变挡凸轮轴3上与变挡凸轮轴间隙配合,拨叉4尾端设置一个径向伸出尾端内壁的圆柱销5,圆柱销5通过一个横销固定在拨叉4上。圆柱销5伸出内壁的一端插在变挡凸轮轴3的导向凸轮槽中,变挡凸轮轴3转动,导向凸轮槽能带动圆柱销5沿导向凸轮槽作轴向运动,由此使拨叉4作轴向位移。在圆柱销5处于正确的挡位,变挡凸轮轴3上径向设置一个较深的盲孔6,该盲孔6中依次放入压缩弹簧1、钢球2形成用于锁紧挡位的装置。拨叉4尾端壁上径向设置一个与钢球对应的用于锁住挡位的孔6,该孔6为通孔,其直径约小于钢球2的直径,使钢球2既能局部进入该孔形成定位,又不会从孔中掉出。
换挡变速毂的几个拨叉均可采用上述结构安装在变挡凸轮轴上,使换挡时挡位分明,防止出现跨挡的现象。
装配时,先将压缩弹簧装入变挡凸轮轴上径向设置的盲孔中,再装入钢球,然后在变挡凸轮轴上套上拨叉,拨叉的内壁压制钢球使压缩弹簧处于压缩状态。
当进行换挡操作时,通过换挡变速毂转动带动拨叉作轴向移动,当圆柱销运动到相应的挡位后,拨叉上的用于锁住挡位的孔与钢球对应,压缩弹簧的弹力将钢球推入拨叉上的用于锁住挡位的孔中,将挡位锁紧。在圆柱销没有位于正确挡位时,钢球被拨叉的内壁压入变挡凸轮轴上径向设置的盲孔中,在压缩弹簧和拨叉的内壁之间转动,因弹簧力不大,产生阻力小,不影响换挡舒适性。

1.一种摩托车发动机的换挡变速毂,拨叉(4)尾端套在变挡凸轮轴(3)上,固定在拨叉(4)尾端上的圆柱销(5)插在变挡凸轮轴(3)的导向凸轮槽中,其特征在于:在圆柱销(5)处于正确的挡位,变挡凸轮轴(3)上径向设置盲孔,盲孔(6)中依次放入压缩弹簧(1)、钢球(2),拨叉(4)尾端径向设置一个与钢球对应的用于锁住挡位的孔(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车发动机的换挡变速毂,其特征在于:所述用于与钢球配合锁住挡位的孔(6)为通孔,其直径小于钢球(2)的直径。
