Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及可重新封闭的容器,例如钢罐或铝罐。本发明具体地但并非排它地涉及用于包装饮料的瓶罐。
背景技术
所谓的“瓶罐”例如已在专利申请如JP-A-2003165539中提出过,其中,容器主体在一端由接缝式接合在主体上的罐端所封闭以形成基部,而在相反端向内颈缩以形成台肩。罐主体的一部分延伸离开台肩的自由边而形成圆柱形部分,该圆柱形部分是带螺纹的,以便被螺纹式罩盖封闭。
用于瓶罐的备选技术方案采用塑料夹头来提供用于重新封闭该罐的螺纹,而取代了在金属颈部上形成螺纹。
US-A-2864529描述了一种用于金属容器的顶盖,其具有锥形部分或凸起部分,该顶盖覆盖了将锥形部分结合在容器主体上的接缝。DE 29980137 U描述了一种塑料构件,其覆盖了颈部构件与罐主体之间的接缝。JP 10 167356 A描述了一种台肩盖件,其用于固定住可拆式地安装在容器主体上的盖子。
尽管这些现有技术方案在原理上是可行的,但是在实践中存在大量的实用性问题。容器主体进行充分的颈缩以提供用于重新封闭的颈部精整会涉及到高达56道颈缩工序。由于其材料性能,如果容器由传统厚度(例如0.08mm)的钢制成,那么这通常是不可行的。为了抵抗颈缩力,钢需要比传统所用钢更厚,因此使用起来经济性较差。另外,与铝相比,钢的更少金属外露才是可接受的。
可能需要使用非标准尺寸的罐主体,这是因为带有塑料螺纹颈部的标准335ml容积的罐对于生产线而言太高。
本发明致力于克服这些问题,并提供这样的瓶罐,其能够使用标准的工具加工,而与所需的颈部精整无关。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种可重新封闭的容器,其包括具有基部和侧壁的金属罐主体,接缝式接合在罐主体的自由端上的金属颈部构件,该颈部构件包括大致截头锥体形的台肩部分和圆柱形部分,该容器还包括套筒,其配合在金属颈部构件上面并且覆盖了颈部构件与罐主体之间的接缝;其特征在于,该套筒由塑料材料制成,在颈部构件的圆柱形部分上面延伸,并且是带螺纹的,以允许容器的可重新封闭能力。
应当注意,用语“大致截头锥体形”在本文中旨在包括精确的截头锥体形以及减小容器横截面积的形状,例如台阶状的台肩部分。
罐主体通常是标准饮料罐主体,其可利用规则的饮料罐生产线来批量生产。不同的颈部精整可由一定范围的颈部构件和塑料套筒来提供。罐主体可由较薄规格的钢或铝制成,例如0.1mm的铝,以及0.08mm的钢。颈部构件可由更厚的材料制成,并且提供了隔离性能,以便例如阻止可能会影响容器内产品的气体通过。
根据本发明的一个优选方面,套筒包括用于将套筒固定在接缝上的掣子。该掣子提供了防止水进入的密封。在理想状况下,套筒的开口端可被颈部构件上的卷边保持住。一般而言,罐主体在接缝式接合颈部构件的那一端具有较小的颈缩区域。该套筒可在罐主体上的该区域上面延伸,以便配合在罐主体侧壁上以及阻止水进入。
该套筒可形成一定的外形,以便对应于传统塑料瓶上的台肩形状。在该实施例中,颈部构件包括截头锥体形部分与圆柱形部分之间的支撑区域。该支撑区域可为比第一圆柱形部分具有更大直径的第二圆柱形部分,使得第一圆柱形部分支撑着塑料套筒的螺纹部分,而第二圆柱形部分支撑着套筒的成形为具有台肩形状外形的那部分。

具体实施方式
图1显示了容器,其包括罐主体1、颈部构件10和套筒20。该罐是典型的饮料罐主体,包括在其上端3处形成颈缩的侧壁2,以及整体式的圆顶形基部4。罐主体由金属板制成,通常为0.25mm至0.35mm厚的钢或铝板,其中,在制造过程中壁的厚度减小。
颈部构件10包括金属支撑件,其具有大致截头锥体形部分11和圆柱形部分12。如图2最佳地所示,第二圆柱形部分13通过台肩14结合在第一圆柱形部分上。颈部构件在其上端以凸缘或更理想而言为卷边15的形式而终止,该凸缘或卷边15将塑料套筒20保持就位。因此,该套筒也隐藏了颈部构件的切割边。颈部构件在其下端通过双重接缝16而固定在罐主体1上。
如果容器被具有封口件的塑料罩盖封闭,那么该封口件将提供进一步的切割边保护。在这种情况下,卷边15的切割边将被夹在套筒20与罩盖的封口件之间。
套筒20具有带挂钩形掣子21的曲形外鞘23,掣子21夹在接缝16上。环体22将套筒进一步定位在接缝上。图1和图2所示的套筒因此就通过掣子21和颈部构件凸缘15而被固定就位。在该实施例中,套筒20具有圆柱形的上部分24,其为带螺纹部分25。在带螺纹部分25以下,该上部分包括用于操纵用途的颈部支撑环26。
出于美观原因,套筒可成形为与罐主体的侧壁形成一个整体。该套筒可由薄塑料制成,以便通过颈部构件的台肩14为该曲形形状提供额外的支撑。

Claims (3)

1.一种可重新封闭的容器,包括:
具有基部(4)和侧壁(2)的金属罐主体(1),
接缝式接合在所述罐主体的自由端上的金属颈部构件(10),所述颈部构件包括大致截头锥体形的台肩部分(11)和圆柱形部分(12),以及
套筒(20),其配合在所述金属颈部构件(10)上并且覆盖了所述颈部构件(10)与所述罐主体(1)之间的接缝(16);
其特征在于,所述套筒由塑料材料制成,在所述颈部构件(10)的所述圆柱形部分(12)上面延伸,并且是带螺纹部分(25),以允许所述容器的可重新封闭能力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述套筒(20)包括用于将所述套筒固定在所述接缝(16)上的掣子(21)。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述颈部构件(10)包括在所述截头锥体形部分与所述圆柱形部分之间的支撑区域(14)。
