Abstract

本实用新型是有关一种改进的螺丝攻防滑套筒结构,尤指一种于中孔上段设有可与螺丝攻顶端方形部套合的方形孔,并于其外缘设有与钻孔机械夹头的夹爪呈相对数量的平面夹持部,进而使螺丝攻于攻牙时可随钻孔机械的夹头确实同步转动而不产生空转的螺丝攻防滑套筒设计。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防滑套筒结构,特别涉及一种改进的螺丝攻防滑套筒结构。
背景技术
现有各加工业中于使用螺丝攻进行攻牙加工时,绝大多数均因考虑使用便利且不造成过高的成本负担,而均采用于传统的钻孔机械来进行螺丝攻的攻牙加工程序,但使用此种方式,其大都因传统钻孔机械的夹头无法确实夹固外缘呈圆滑面的螺丝攻,因而于加工过程中常发生螺丝攻卡掣不转而钻孔机械的夹头继续旋转的空转情形,进而产生振动及螺丝攻无法退出的情形,并同时使加工的工件产生加工不良的情形。
基于上述的困扰,如图6所示,亦有业者花费高额费用购置螺丝攻2用的专用夹头42及夹头座4,将螺丝攻2套组于夹头42的组配孔内后,再将夹头42后段与夹头座4的套接孔41套组定位,再将组合完成的夹头座4组装于另一种专用机械上,以进行攻牙作业,但此种方式虽解决了螺丝攻2于攻牙的加工过程中产生打滑的问题,但此种专用夹头42其售价高且需搭配售价高的专用机械使用,进而使成本大幅提升,实将造成业者负担。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的螺丝攻防滑套筒结构,可以解决上述现有技术中存在的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种改进的螺丝攻防滑套筒结构,其特征在于:
所述防滑套筒的结构,其是于防滑套筒中孔上段,设有与螺丝攻顶端方形部套合的方形孔,并于防滑套筒外缘设有与钻孔机械夹头的夹爪呈相对数量的平面夹持部。
其中于防滑套筒上,另设有一锁固螺丝,螺丝攻穿组于防滑套筒中孔内时通过锁固螺丝予以锁固定位。
本实用新型具有如下的优点:
1.于防滑套筒中孔上段设有可与螺丝攻顶端方形部套合的方形孔,并于其外缘设有与钻孔机械夹头的夹爪呈相对数量的平面夹持部,进而使螺丝攻于攻牙时可随钻孔机械的夹头确实同步转动而不产生空转,使攻牙的加工程序顺利确实、稳定,减少工件的不良及工作人员的意外伤害。
2.购置费用低廉,且不影响钻孔攻牙机的两用性。
3.螺丝攻定位正确后,攻牙的深度确实到位。不致二次加工,可降低生产成本。
4.提高螺丝攻的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2、图3、图4及图5所示,本实用新型螺丝攻2防滑套筒1的结构,其主要是于防滑套筒1中孔11上段,设有可与螺丝攻2顶端方形部21套合的方形孔12,并于防滑套筒1外缘设有与钻孔机械3夹头31的夹爪311呈相对数量的平面夹持部13,进而使螺丝攻2于受钻孔机械3夹头31的夹爪311分别夹固于每一平面夹持部13时,而使进行攻牙加工时可随钻孔机械3的夹头31确实同步转动而不产生空转,同时,于防滑套筒1上,另设有一锁固螺丝14,而使螺丝攻2穿组于防滑套筒1中孔11内时可藉锁固螺丝14予以锁固定位。
综上所述,本实用新型使螺丝攻于攻牙时可随钻孔机械的夹头确实同步转动而不产生空转,使攻牙的加工程序顺利及降低不良品率,且搭配传统的钻孔机械即可进行攻牙加工程序,除使用方便外,亦可大幅降低加工成本。

1.一种改进的螺丝攻防滑套筒结构,其特征在于:
所述防滑套筒的结构,其是于防滑套筒中孔上段,设有与螺丝攻顶端方形部套合的方形孔,并于防滑套筒外缘设有与钻孔机械夹头的夹爪呈相对数量的平面夹持部。
2.如权利要求书第1项所述改进的螺丝攻防滑套筒结构,其特征在于:于防滑套筒上,另设有一锁固螺丝,螺丝攻穿组于防滑套筒中孔内时通过锁固螺丝予以锁固定位。
