本实用新型提供一种通孔机夹套料刀具,其主要技术特征是,在刀杆上加工一刀头,刀头上加工有弧形沟槽,将硬质合金刀片镶嵌在弧形沟槽中,用螺钉固定。切削时用4个刀片可实现六刃切割,加工过程采用阶梯进给,刀头是阶梯切削,可减少震动,便于切削和排屑。其优点是,结构新颖,工艺简单,加工工件省时省料。

本实用新型涉及一种机械加工刀具,特别是一种加工内孔通孔机夹套料刀具。
技术背景:
目前,我国在机械加工中,生产机械零部件的内孔时,一般对孔的加工方法是用钻头钻孔来粗加工,如果将一个长200mm,直径100mm的工件加工成直径52mm的圆孔时要用Φ50mm粗的钻头把孔钻好,再进行精加工,用钻头加工过程中,钻头钻出的铁屑都是铁碎沫,这样加工工件不仅浪费工时,而且浪费原料。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足,提供一种即可节省工时,还可节省原料的通孔机夹套料刀具。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括刀体和刀片,其特征是,在刀体头部加工有排屑槽,在刀头上加工有弧形沟槽,将硬质合金刀片镶嵌在弧形沟槽中,用螺钉固定,刀片底部为弧形且与弧形沟槽相吻合。
切削时用4个刀片可实现六刃切割,加工过程采用阶梯进给,刀头是阶梯切削,加工量减少,可减少震动,便于切削和排屑。
本实用新型的优点是,结构新颖,工艺简单,加工工件省时省料。

下面结合附图对实施例作进一步说明:
由图1-图2可知,在刀杆1上加工有刀头2,刀头2上加工有弧形槽3,将硬质合金弧形刀片4镶嵌在弧形沟槽3中,用螺钉5固定刀片4。
由图3-图4可知,排屑槽6是硬质合金弧形刀片4上的排屑槽,铁屑由排屑槽排出。

1、一种通孔机夹套料刀具,包括刀体和刀片,其特征是,在刀体头部加工有排铁屑槽,在刀头上加工有弧形沟槽,将硬质合金刀片镶嵌在弧形沟槽中,用螺钉固定,刀片底部为弧形且与弧形沟槽相吻合;
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种通孔机夹套料刀具,其特征是,刀片呈弧形状。
