本实用新型是一种活塞用散热环的定位装置,特别是指一种利用中空环状的散热环与一定位装置先行连结的定位结构。其主要是在散热环的侧边,利用焊接或其它方式,连结有定位装置,而能直接置于模具中,当浇注铝液成型活塞时,藉定位装置使散热环能保持在定位固定,使钻设进孔及出孔时,能确实钻设在散热环上,避免不良品的产生,且能大幅降低制造成本,尤其加工非常迅速简易。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种活塞用散热环的定位装置。
背景技术
随着时代的进步,人们的生活质量日益提升,汽车已成为生活中不可或缺的产品,而汽车是藉活塞与连接的往复运动产生动力,但活塞做往复运动时会产生高温,且活塞是置于充满油液的引擎内,为了避免引擎过热,通常活塞成型时内部会形成一中空部,藉该中空部供油液循环散热,降低机体内的温度,而习知的散热环定位方式,如图1所示,主要具有一散热环20,其是为中空环状,中央形成一中空部201,配合参阅图2,至于其定位装置,是利用耐磨环21与散热环20藉焊接10结合在一起,组装时将已与耐磨环21连结的散热环20,一并置入模具中,然后灌注铝液包覆,冷却后即成型为一活塞2,并使散热环20结合于活塞2中,然后在活塞2内侧钻设有进孔22及出孔23,且散热环20对应于进孔22及出孔23亦一并钻设通孔202、203,达到循环散热的目的。
然利用散热环20与耐磨环21连结的方式,虽已能完成定位目的,然对于某些不需要使用耐磨环的活塞,因其缺乏定位装置,制作上较为费时不便,尤其对于不同尺的活塞,当置入模具内时,定位上较为困难,因此浇注成型时,容易发生位移现象,使散热环20无法成型在预定位置,所以要钻设进孔及出孔时,较易发生偏差,增加不良率的产生。
发明人是专门从事于活塞的设计制作工作,深知传统活塞制作时尚不能满足所需,乃萌发改革的决心,于是乃投入时间、金钱并配合多年来的工作经验,不断的改革试验,终于在数次的改进修正后,首创出本实用新型。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种活塞用散热环的定位装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种活塞用散热环的定位装置,其主要是将该定位装置与散热环先行连结,然后一并置入模具内成型,该定位装置由支撑架与U形架所组成,位于U形架两侧形成有定位片,支撑架连结于散热环的环壁面上。
所述的环形架两侧的定位片是延伸弯折一贴合片。

具体实施方式
首先,请参阅图3,是本实用新型的立体图,主要是由一U形架30及一支撑架31组成一定位装置3,该支撑架31是依照活塞大小来增减其长度,而U形架30亦随着活塞肖孔大小来调整环形大小,图4所示,另U形架30两端形成有一定位片301,可供调整定位,并于定位片301延伸端弯折有一贴合片302,是用来贴合于活塞内壁。
有关该定位装置3的组装方式,请配合参阅图4,先将定位装置3的支撑架31与散热环40利用焊接等方式连结在一起,然后一并置入模具内(活塞内),利用定位装置3的U形架30及形成的定位片301配合活塞肖孔43来定位,并使贴合片302抵紧于活塞内壁,保持定位装置3的稳固,确保散热环40不会位移晃动,而能在固定位置,当将铝液浇注成型时,该定位装置3是一并包覆在活塞4内,所以成型的每一个活塞4,都能将散热环40保持在固定位置,因此钻设进孔41及出孔42时,皆能确实贯通散热环40,避免不良品的产生。
综上所述,本实用新型所揭露的技术手段确可达致预期的目的与功效且具长远进步性。以上仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,当不能以此限定本实用新型实施的范围,即大凡依本实用新型申请专利范围及创作说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,都应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (2)
1.一种活塞用散热环的定位装置,其主要是将该定位装置与散热环先行连结,然后一并置入模具内成型,其特征在于:该定位装置由支撑架与U形架所组成,位于U形架两侧形成有定位片,支撑架连结于散热环的环壁面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述活塞用散热环的定位装置,其特征在于:所述的环形架两侧的定位片是延伸弯折一贴合片。
