Abstract

本实用新型公开了车用空气干燥器,包括干燥器阀体(28)、干燥筒(6)、调压阀(20)、回流阀(26),所述干燥筒、调压阀和回流阀分别安装在干燥器阀体对应的安装口上,所述干燥器阀体具有进气腔(1)、出气口(12)、单向阀(11)、膜片上腔(21)、调压腔(16)和斜孔(13),所述斜孔与出气口连通,在斜孔与出气口连通的通道内设置单向阀,所述斜孔与膜片上腔由节流孔(22)连通,且膜片上腔与出气口之间设有相通的回流孔(24),所述膜片上腔与调压腔之间具有一阀体壁,其特征在于所述阀体壁上设有一小孔(19),该小孔将膜片上腔与调压腔连通。本实用新型在膜片上腔与调压腔之间阀体壁上设置小孔,大大的缩短了钻孔深度,克服了钻孔加工难度和阀体由于深孔钻偏所引起漏气现象,保证阀体使用质量及降低加工成本。

Description

车用空气干燥器
                       【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种汽车上使用的空气干燥器,特别涉及的是一种干燥器阀体的发明。
                       【背景技术】
通常,空气干燥器都包括有干燥器阀体、干燥筒、调压阀、回流阀,其干燥器中的干燥器阀体需要将调压阀腔与出气口连通,通常的做法是在出气口与调压阀腔的壳体上钻一个长孔,该长孔长达135毫米,孔径又小,对于加工加此之深,孔径又小的孔,给机械加工带来很大的困难,往往在加工过程中钻孔工具易断,且孔易钻偏,这样就产生阀漏气现象,而造成产品成品率低,导致加工成本偏高。
                       【发明内容】
为了克服现有技术中干燥器阀体的不足之处,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种使调压腔与出气口之间钻孔距离短的干燥器阀体。
为了能解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是以如下的技术方案来实现的:车用空气干燥器,包括干燥器阀体、干燥筒、调压阀、回流阀,所述干燥筒、调压阀和回流阀分别安装在干燥器阀体对应的安装口上,所述干燥器阀体具有进气腔、出气口、单向阀、膜片上腔、调压腔和斜孔,所述斜孔与出气口连通,在斜孔与出气口连通的通道内设置单向阀,所述斜孔与膜片上腔由节流孔连通,且膜片上腔与出气口之间设有相通的回流孔,所述膜片上腔与调压腔之间具有一阀体壁,其特征在于所述阀体壁上设有一小孔,该小孔将膜片上腔与调压腔连通。
所述干燥筒内设有过滤网,干燥器阀体内的进气腔通过该过滤网与干燥筒连通。
本实用新型在调压腔与膜片上腔的阀体壁上设置小孔,将膜片上腔与调压腔连通,其小孔的深度只有25毫米,这样就间接地将出气口与调压腔连通,因而大大的缩短了通孔深度,即克服了由于加工通孔而使通孔钻偏难度,同时克服了因加工引起的漏气现象,既提高了成品率,又降低了加工成本。

                     【具体实施方式】
如图2、图3所示,该车用空气干燥器,包括干燥器阀体28、干燥筒6、调压阀20、回流阀26,所述干燥筒6、调压阀20和回流阀26分别安装在干燥器阀体28对应的安装口上,所述干燥器阀体28具有进气腔1、出气口12、单向阀11、膜片上腔21、调压腔16和斜孔13,所述斜孔13与出气口12连通,在斜孔13与出气口12连通的通道内设置单向阀11,所述斜孔13与膜片上腔21由节流孔22连通,且膜片上腔21与出气口12之间设有相通的回流孔24,所述膜片上腔21与调压腔16之间具有一阀体壁,在所述阀体壁上钻一小孔19,该小孔19将膜片上腔21与调压腔16连通,由于调压腔16与膜片上腔21距离较近的原因,其小孔16的深度为25毫米,这就大大降低了小孔的加工难度,缩短了钻孔的时间;因钻孔距离的缩短,钻偏的概率几乎为零,同时,干燥器阀体28并不会由于钻孔的原因而漏气。
现就本实用新型干燥器整个工作过程做一简单阐述:当干燥器阀体28的进气口14流入压缩空气到进气腔1后,由于温度降低产生的冷凝水在排气阀10聚集,空气经过过滤网2、环道4到达干燥筒6的上部,在这个过程中,水蒸气进一步冷却凝结,当空气通过颗粒状的干燥剂5时,空气中的水分就被吸附在干燥剂5表面及颗粒缝隙间,而达到干燥空气的目的。
干燥后的空气经过干燥腔3通过斜孔13,其一部分气体流经单向阀11由出气口12输出,另一部分气体经节流孔24作用于膜片23上,使膜片23向下拱起,而使气体经过膜片上腔21通过回流孔24到达出气口12,同时一部分的气体通过滤网2,而打开阀门26进入回流腔25。而另一部分作用于膜片23上的气体经过小孔19达到调压腔16,而作用在调压膜片17上,当出气口12的气压达到干燥器的开启压力时,气压克服弹簧18的力,打开阀门15,经过气孔7将气体送到排气腔29内,而推动排气活塞8,打开排气阀门10,最后将进气腔1和排气阀门10的冷凝水经过排气口9排出。

1、一种车用空气干燥器,包括干燥器阀体(28)、干燥筒(6)、调压阀(20)、回流阀(26),所述干燥筒(6)、调压阀(20)和回流阀(26)分别安装在干燥器阀体(28)对应的安装口上,所述干燥器阀体(28)具有进气腔(1)、出气口(12)、单向阀(11)、膜片上腔(21)、调压腔(16)和斜孔(13),所述斜孔(13)与出气口(12)连通,在斜孔(13)与出气口(12)连通的通道内设置单向阀(11),所述斜孔(13)与膜片上腔(21)由节流孔(22)连通,且膜片上腔与出气口之间设有相通的回流孔(24),所述膜片上腔(21)与调压腔(16)之间具有一阀体壁,其特征在于所述阀体壁上设有一小孔(19),该小孔将膜片上腔(21)与调压腔(16)连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的车用空气干燥器,其特征在于所述干燥筒(6)内设有过滤网(2),干燥器阀体内的进气腔(1)通过该过滤网(2)与干燥筒(6)连通。
